Job Description
Overview:
Position Summary Department: This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution, previous experience in warehouse distribution, retail, or material handling environments preferred. Experience operating; Electric pallet jack, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. Able to operate multiple equipment.
* Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
* Maintains housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line, removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels.
* Processes merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using power equipment.
* Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.
* Operate material handling equipment, including Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and stand-up forklifts, to move, stage, load, and unload product throughout the facility. Required Qualifications

Job Summary
The Purchasing Coordinator plays an integral role assisting our Purchasing Manager in estimating, takeoffs, purchase orders, and managing scopes of work. This position receives and fulfils orders for materials and equipment, manages budgets, purchases from various suppliers, processes paperwork, and maintains item lists. This position requires strong software ability, and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills are a must. Duties and Responsibilities
- Purchase building materials for our residential development.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal purchasing terms, costs, and shipment dates.
- Coordinate & ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of material & equipment orders for projects.
- Help to manage the site operations, including delivery timelines and warehousing.
- Update and maintain pricing & inventory tracking systems. Software:Homebuilder ONE
- Write and automate POs within Homebuilder ONE
- Use Square Takeoff (software) to generate takeoffs & send specs to vendors and subcontractors.
- Networking with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Estimate. Create budgets and manage pricing within our software.
- Generate & maintain scopes of work for contracts, and continue to revise them throughout construction process.
- Estimate date of delivery to job site, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules.
- Research and analyze homeowner material desires based on market information.
- Investigate and resolve claims/problems deliveries, returns and credits.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Two (2) plus years’ experience in purchasing residential construction materials.

- Strong aptitude for learning new software. Experience with takeoff, estimating, and construction software highly preferred.

The Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of Walmart and Sam’s Club Omni channel customers. This role is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and managing the full product lifecycle — from concept and item setup to replenishment, modular execution, and exit strategy.
You must be capable of managing both domestic and direct import business operations and executing across Private Label and National Brand programs from start to finish.
