Maintenance Tech 3rd shift (Sun-Thur;10p-6:30a) Summary: Critical part of the Maintenance and Production teams Responsible for troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and repairing breakdowns Support production equipment and flow to the highest priority Collaborate across department boundaries and participate in team-based activities Ensure compliance with all plant procedures, policies, and standards Responsibilities: Practice safe work habits daily and ensure all safety processes are followed Comply with company policy regarding cGMP and GDP Plan, initiate, and complete job assignments promptly Maintain tools in good working condition and keep work areas clean Maintain mechanical and electrical knowledge through ongoing training Assist with developing training documentation and participate in training new maintenance team members Attend and actively participate in daily shift meetings Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on various equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Participate in root cause failure analysis teams and continuous improvement teams Coach and train operators on equipment setup and maintenance tasks Use SAP for work scheduling and inventory management Lubricate machines and maintain equipment according to specified procedures Prepare daily maintenance reports Provide mechanical support for capital and internal projects Drive forklift and shop mobile equipment as needed Perform any other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with hands-on or vocational school training Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience A.S./A.A.

Degree in Mechanical/Utilities Technology, or Licensed Journeyman with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience Required Skills: Experience with packaging equipment strongly preferred Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics Capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Email) Basic understanding of electrical systems Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP PM preferred
