Sika is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join it's growing team in the Buffalo, NY area. The TSR is responsible for monitoring the installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems to ensure correct application procedures are followed. This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites. This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. Specific Responsibilities:
- Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.
- Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. Role Description:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position will provide direct on-site supervision and overall management of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This position requires strict adherence to quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop the overall critical path schedule with the Project Manager prior to construction and manage that schedule throughout the project including the creation and maintenance of look-ahead schedules. Identify schedule slips and correct independently or in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project.
- Perform constructability reviews and inform the Project Manager of any errors, discrepancies, and omissions or challenges with the building design and sequencing.
- Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each relevant subcontractor.
- Set up the Redev CNY field office appropriate for the project which may include a job trailer(s), storage container(s), chemical toilet(s), temporary fencing and security, project and safety signage, parking accommodations, and doors and locks for use during construction.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with all members of the project team including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure they are informed of relevant project information.
- 100% of our work is subcontracted out. Schedule and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and utilities using the critical path schedule to ensure timely project completion.
- Control all day-to-day site activities and complete daily logs to document progress and/or challenges on site.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor & safety meetings.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and orderly field office and job site. Create and/or maintain the following project documentation: daily reports, safety checklists, safety meetings, OSHA postings, as-built drawings, requests for information, shop drawings, submittals, test reports, and any other necessary project documentation.
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors on-site perform work in a safe manner, which complies with Redev CNY’s safety program and OSHA guidelines. Prepare a project-specific safety plan when required, and solicit and review subcontractor safety plans for their own scopes of work.
- Perform regular job site inspections to identify potential issues such as safety, poor work quality, material availability etc. Instruct staff and comply with all client requirements for site access, material staging, cleanliness etc.
- Ensure the project site is kept clean and in a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and direct independent testing and inspections as required.
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control to ensure conformance with contract documents.
- Documents “as-built” drawing conditions on a routine basis by all trades during the construction period.
- Schedule and coordinate all progress and final municipal inspections. Clearly display construction permits in the building and/or field office.
- Conduct project related meetings including but not limited to pre-construction conferences with subcontractors and suppliers, subcontractor meetings, and sending various forms of written correspondence.
- Perform light hands-on field work as required to meet project or schedule requirements.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years commercial construction experience including supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective use of technology: mobile phone, email, computer software, digital camera, etc.

Position Overview:
Client"s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support operations at our Syracuse, NY manufacturing facility. This role focuses on managing accurate and timely receipt of incoming materials, components, and supplies. The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for verifying documentation, transacting receipts in SAP/WMS systems, directing put-away activities, and resolving discrepancies related to inbound shipments. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production flow, and upholding Client's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse receiving operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure smooth material handling and storage processes.
What you"ll do:
* Drive and implement safety policies and programs to ensure a secure working environment. Hold the workforce accountable for the same.
* Complete shipping or receiving documentation for raw materials, components, supplies and finished goods.
* Provide instructions to the workforce on proper marking, stenciling and order coordination.
* Prepare packing lists, fax, scan as needed for shipments to Customers, Other Client Facilities, etc.
* Advise on put-away designations when required.
* Issue pick and pull orders of stock for delivery.
* Train all employees in the creation of FedEx and UPS shipment documents.
* Coordinate all outbound customer orders with lane designated carriers as well as will call service.
* Process incoming orders and returned materials in WMS / SAP Systems.
* Process shipping labels in WMS / SAP Systems.
* Audit outgoing material. Create BOLs for shuttle trailer shipments.
* Coordinate the transactions of all incoming materials - issue receipt tickets as needed to use as material moves into their put-away function.
* Initiate corrective actions for incoming materials missing proper documentation for receipts.
* Review and initiate actions to help to resolve 3-way match issues on outstanding invoices.
* Issue cycle count documents to work force and assist in resolving discrepancies.
* Report delays in material put-away and assist in finding lost material as applicable.
* Administer our quality policy by placing suspect material on hold or have material picked, pulled, or shipped based on quality issues and actions to be taken to resolve.
* Participating in site required training.
* Follow detailed instructions and communicate specific directions to others.
* Walking and standing up to 90% of the time may include daily and weekend overtime.
* Obtain knowledge of all aspects of shipping and receiving to be able to backfill as requested.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Ad hoc project management and site support.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* 2-year degree from an accredited institution or 3+ years of related experience.
* Must be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
* No relocation benefit is offered for this position; only candidates residing within the immediate geographic area or reasonable commuting distance will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree from an accredited institution.
* 5 or more years of warehousing, shipping and receiving experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of SAP system.

What will you be doing?
- Provide disease state education, awareness, and approved resources to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff as agreed by Inizio leadership
- Present educational programs, both live and virtual, tailored to the needs of each healthcare office
- Increase awareness of disease state through compliant education
- Educate office staff on diagnostic processes, disease state information, and approved product education including safety and adverse event information per label
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals and office staff
- Identify and support referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors
- Use only approved materials provided by Inizio. Materials may not be changed, copied, or distributed
- Complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all office interactions and required reporting activities
- Capture time and expenses through the designated Inizio systems
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
- Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences to remain current on program developments and share best practices
- Maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions
- Comply with all Inizio policies and procedures and all applicable compliance standards
- Be contactable during working hours to respond to inquiries and perform responsibilities
- Possess a full, valid United States driver’s license at all times and notify Inizio immediately of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points
- Effectively manage assigned territory and travel as needed, including overnight travel
- Perform other duties as requested
- Clinical Educators do not provide nursing services, medical or treatment advice, and do not market or promote pharmacological products.
What do you need for this position?
- Qualified Healthcare Professional with current state license (Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred)
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, BSN, or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field; respiratory experience preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry as a clinical educator or in sales preferred
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present to physicians and various members of office staff
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and territory priorities
- Self-starter with high personal motivation
- Evidence of continual professional development and commitment to maintaining clinical knowledge
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment
