Position Summary
The Senior Marketplace Logistics Manager will play a key role in building and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors that utilize SHEIN’s platform to deliver products and provide total logistics solution to merchant. This individual will work closely with internal teams, such as business development, merchant management, and product management, to optimize logistics processes and improve overall fulfillment performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in logistics vendor management, data-driven operations, and marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Logistics Partner Management
- Build, manage, and develop relationships with 3PLs that utilize SHEIN’s vendor services to support marketplace operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners, evaluating service quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time deliveries.
- Provide guidance and education to logistics partners and 3PLs on U.S. transportation compliance standards and regulations.
Fulfillment Solution Development
- Partner with the seller business development team to identify and implement efficient logistics solutions tailored for marketplace operations.
- Optimize logistics and shipping models to minimize fulfillment costs for merchants while ensuring service quality and timeliness.
Performance Optimization and Issue Management
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and resolve logistics performance challenges, such as delays and quality issues.
- Develop and execute improvement strategies to enhance fulfillment performance and improve the customer experience.
Monitoring and Analytics
- Work closely with the data team to develop logistics monitoring systems, dashboards, and performance scorecards for tracking partner and platform-level efficiency.
- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with logistics vendors, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Creating Merchant Fulfillment Standards
- Work collaboratively with the Merchant Management and Governance teams to establish clear and standardized fulfillment and delivery criteria for all merchants and vendors.
- Mitigate risks related to pickup and transportation by establishing and enforcing operational protocols and clearly defined expectations for logistics vendors and merchants.
System Optimization (TMS)
- Partner with the Transport Management System (TMS) Product Manager team to continuously enhance and adapt TMS capabilities to meet the evolving logistics needs of the marketplace.
- Ensure the system effectively supports order allocation, seamless information flow, and transparency in logistics data across the platform.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 8+ years of proven experience in logistics vendor management, logistics operations, or logistics procurement. Prior experience in developing and managing marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing logistics data and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into impactful, actionable outcomes.

Position Summary
The Fund Development Director works with the Executive Director, department Directors, and Board of Directors for all aspects of fund development for both SEED and SEEDArts. The Fund Development Director provides leadership on fundraising initiatives including grants, government contracts, donations, corporate sponsorships, and special events. They will identify, organize, and manage fundraising activities with a focus on new opportunities to obtain increased support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
The Organization and Leadership
SEED generates approximately $12 Million in annual revenue and has a diverse portfolio of affordable apartment buildings and arts programs. SEED approaches our work with a seasoned team of senior leaders. We are a passionate, collegial group who find joy in our work and are committed to justice in our community. The Fund Development Director will serve on the staff leadership team, alongside the Executive Director, Director of Real Estate Development, Director of Asset and Property Management, Director of Finance, and SEEDArts Director.
SEED embraces hybrid and flexible work environments. This hybrid position is expected to work out of SEED’s offices in Southeast Seattle at least three days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive long- and short-term fund development plan for both SEED and SEEDArts; Provide monthly reports to the Executive Director and the board that measure progress towards goals; Broaden SEED’s fundraising by developing approaches such as planned giving, solicitation of bequests, and endowment programs.
Grants: Manage SEED’s overall grant seeking and reporting process; Build and maintain relationships with government funders and private foundations; Solicit or coordinate the solicitation by other staff and board for grant proposals; Lead grant writing and submission process; Administer all grant contracts and fulfill reporting and invoicing requirements.
Individual and Corporate Giving: Create and implement strategies for donor development and cultivation to provide a sustainable funding base for SEED; Keep up-to-date on current fundraising programs and procedures used in the nonprofit sector; Develop strategies for solicitation, and solicit or coordinate the solicitation by other staff and board members as appropriate; Develop and implement all aspects of direct donor mailings, appeal letters, and other communications; Manage gift acknowledgements and maintain donor database; Grow SEED’s corporate sponsorship program.
Events: Plan and execute fall fundraiser, Envision, which raises vital unrestricted donations to support SEED’s overall mission, as well as smaller events throughout the year.
Minimum Qualifications
· Five or more years’ fundraising experience, with a demonstrated track record of fund development growth. Experience with fund development for housing, economic development, arts, and/or in Southeast Seattle preferred.
· Demonstrated track record of crafting winning private and public funding proposals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based donor databases (CRM). Experience with Little Green Light a plus.
· Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated track record of managing fundraising events.
· Desire to work as part of a team and willingness to promote SEED’s work.
· Willingness to work out of SEED’s headquarters in the vibrant Columbia City neighborhood.

Job Summary
Rush Commercial Construction, Inc., is currently seeking a proven advanced Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established regional construction company that specializes in Class A office, healthcare, multifamily developments and senior housing. The ideal Project Engineer is in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
- Able to use Timberline Estimating for take-off quantities, compile estimate content and put together small change order and TI estimates
- Use design decision log to track impact of owner changes on estimates between phases (conceptual, DD and GMP), assisting PM
- Help PM develop appropriate value-oriented options for cost savings or making project more constructible
- Support subcontractor prequalification
- Help PM attract and evaluate bids for the project, develop instructions to bidders

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of related construction experience in scheduling, field supervision, procurement, and knowledge of production throughout all phases of construction.
- Project Management experience.

Proven written and verbal communication abilities; strong overall management, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills. Delegates work appropriately; proficient using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, Procore and Bluebeam.
Certifications and/or Licenses
First Aid and CPR trained, CESCL, and 30 Hour OSHA
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
- Annual bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance.

The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in driving Holmberg Mechanical’s growth by leading high-impact recruiting strategies and managing competitive, cost-effective employee benefits programs. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (Primary Focus)
- Design, execute, and continuously refine recruiting strategies to attract skilled trades, field leadership, and professional staff in a competitive construction labor market.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through career fairs, trade shows, apprenticeship and internship programs, and industry partnerships.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with project workload and business growth.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention) and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.
Compensation, Medical Benefits & Negotiation (Primary Focus)
- Lead benefits strategy with a strong emphasis on medical plan design, cost control, and employee value.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to negotiate medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits to ensure competitive offerings and fiscal responsibility.
- Evaluate benefits utilization and market benchmarks to recommend plan changes and renewal strategies.
- Serve as the primary internal expert and employee resource on medical benefits, plan options, and enrollment.
- Support incentive and compensation programs through market analysis and benchmarking.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Proactively address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Support internal recognition efforts and assist with award and certification applications.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance review processes aligned with company goals.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
- Support career development pathways that improve retention and internal mobility.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEOC requirements.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS data.
Training & Organizational Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate monthly educational programs for employees.
- Promote continuous learning and leadership development across the organization.
HR Strategy, Analytics & Reporting
- Develop HR strategies that support business growth, workforce stability, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior leadership, with emphasis on recruiting effectiveness and benefits costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management or supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume or hard-to-fill recruiting environments.
- Experience negotiating and administering medical and employee benefits programs.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred.

Impact
The Development Analyst (“Analyst”) will serve an integral function at Basel and help coordinate operational, financial, and analytical support across our development, finance, and sales functions. The role works closely with lenders, attorneys, contractors, and internal teams to support project financing, payments processing, sales documentation preparation, and internal reporting. The Analyst will be responsible for research and presentation materials that help drive and support project planning and decision-making.
The Analyst role is ideal for candidates with experience in real estate development operations, finance coordination, or project administration.
Key Responsibilities
Lender & Construction Financing
· Coordinate monthly draw requests
· Prepare lender draw submissions and supporting documents
· Track lender requirements and ensure timely submission
· Maintain positive working relationships with lender
Payment Processing
· Oversee and track subcontractor payments, vendor invoices, and project-related expenses
· Process office-related expenses and operational payments
· Maintain organized records of invoices, payment requests, and financial documentation
· Assist with basic project cost tracking and financial reporting support
Sales & Marketing
· Prepare and organize sales related documents and buyer information packages
· Support sales team with documentation required for purchase and sale / closings
· Assist with preparation of sales presentations, project materials, and marketing reports
· Prepare presentation materials for management meetings and project updates
Market Research
· Conduct market comparables, pricing trends, and real estate market research.
· Prepare internal reports, summaries, and analyses to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Market Analysis.
3 years work experience, preferably in:
- real estate development, sales or operations;
- finance or accounting; or
- project administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus but not required.
