POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for quality control review activities for the Bank’s loan portfolio. The Loan Servicing Quality Control Specialist will assist in creating and maintaining QC requirements related to loan operations. This will include validating system reports, follow-up for missing or inaccurate information, and performing other duties pertaining to the loans held, serviced, originated, or sold by the Bank. In addition, this candidate will monitor and review all necessary quality control tasks to ensure they are performed in compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The desired candidate will have a very strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly resolve any issues to mitigate both monetary and reputational risk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs reviews related to reports and/or loans in accordance with the department’s procedures to ensure customer and bank expectations are met.
- Maintains existing procedures/processes and coordinates implementation of new procedures/processes to ensure the Bank is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, as needed.
- Updates and maintains quality control log, note inventory log, and PIF log.
- Performs quality control reviews on all new loan files to include core system and documentation.
- Performs quality control activities on closed and denied/withdrawn loans as defined in policies and procedures.
- Reviews quality control departmental reports for maintenance activities, accuracy and completion.
- Follows up for any post-closing documentation items and escalates any time delays or issues related to quality control to appropriate management team to ensure items are resolved timely and accurately.
- Maintains industry knowledge, stays abreast of regulatory changes with regards to all loan origination and operation. Updates procedures as these environments change.
- Reviews daily rates to ensure accuracy on the core system.
- Reviews and mails all system generated notices.
- Completes internal file audits to ensure accuracy and originals are maintained per regulatory requirements.
- Prepares PIC posting sheets daily to ensure allocation of loans to appropriate GL.
- Supports document imaging initiatives.
- Balances DDA and GL accounts.
- Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Post high school education with one (1) to three (3) years of mortgage loan servicing experience or some comparable combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of all pertinent regulations related to Residential, Consumer, and Commercial lending.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient operation of the Bank’s loan servicing system and Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of the Bank’s loan product offerings, Bank loan regulations and the Bank’s loan policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Must have successfully completed a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program and hold a Surgical Technologist Certification from a national certifying body recognized by the Department of Public Health: The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (CST) or the National Center for Competency Testing (TS-C).
Candidates without current certification who have successfully completed an accredited Surgical Technologist program, but has not, as of the date of hire, obtained a Surgical Technologist Certification must obtain such certification within 90 days of hire from a national certifying body recognized by the Department of Public Health: The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (CST) or the National Center for Competency Testing (TS-C).

Position Summary:
Our skilled CT Technologists performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment. Our CT Technologists perform computed tomography (CT) procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields to produce technically accurate cross sectional images to assist the radiologist in diagnosis and treatment. Our CT Techs participate in complex invasive CT examinations by assisting the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique and producing CT images.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
Licensure, Certification, Registration:
- Connecticut state Radiographer license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience:
- 6 months experience in Radiology hospital setting preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs safe respiratory therapy modalities as ordered by physician, developing a plan of care based on assessment data and standards of care, identifying needs for alternative action in the plan of treatment and involves the multi-disciplinary team in revisions to plan of care. Sets up, maintains and monitors mechanical ventilation according to policy and procedure. Administers medications demonstrating thorough knowledge of policy and procedure. Assembles, selects, operates, and cleans respiratory equipment for proper and appropriate function. This includes but is not limited to mechanical ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP and High Flow systems, oxygen delivery devices and oxygen analyzers, manual resuscitators, and suctioning equipment. Performs tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning including the instillation of pharmacologic agents according to policy and procedure. Draws blood gases and runs samples through the iStat point of care device to process results, all following policy and procedure. Interprets arterial blood gas and oximetry results and reports critical values to the ordering provider. Differentiates between patient and equipment problems and intervenes appropriately. Documents and communicates all patient therapies including concerns during shift.
COMPETENCIES:
· Must possess a strong focus on customer service and the ability to exhibit patience and empathy while providing care to a culturally diverse group of patients.
· Must be able to speak, read, and write using the English language.
· Effective verbal communication is essential with patients, co-workers, and physicians.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
· Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program. Must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon hire.
· The candidate must hold the credential of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care and a current license from the State of Connecticut to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
· A candidate with a CRT credential must obtain the RRT credential from the NBRC within 12 months of employment.
· The candidate will hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and maintain certification as required by the organization.
· Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider (NRP) or Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable but not required.
· Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) certification is desirable but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
· A minimum of one (1) year of skilled respiratory experience within the last two years.
· Must be able to work well and efficiently independently and with others in a fast paced acute patient care environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Float Personal Banker serves as the first point of contact for financial customers and prospects by providing a wide variety of banking services to both consumer and small business customers at multiple branch locations. This position “floats” between various branches, as needed, supporting branch teams by covering absences, peak hours or staffing shortages. The Float Personal Banker performs transactions, account management and offers appropriate solutions by offering financial products to meet the needs of the customer within the entire Windsor Federal Bank footprint. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with one (1) to two (2) years of banking with sales or customer service and cash handling experience preferred, or some comparable combination of education and experience.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player.
