Definition
Under direction and/or general supervision from higher level management of professional staff, performs a variety of professional level work in current and advance planning; and provides information and assistance to developers and the public on planning related matters. This employee may also exercise functional and technical supervision over lower level professional and technical staff.
Distinguishing Characteristics: This is the entry level class in the professional planning series. This class is distinguished from the Associate Planner by the performance of the more routine tasks and duties assigned to positions within the series including the responsibility for assignments in the fields of current or advance planning which require the application of fundamental planning principles. Since this class is typically used as a training class, employees may have limited or no directly related work experience.
Position Snapshot/A Day in the Life: Under the direction of a Senior Planner, this is the entry level class in the professional planning series. A typical day consists of reviewing development projects, collection of data to prepare staff reports for Planning Commission/City Council, provide information to developers and general public, evaluate and approve sign proposals, review and process design reviews, conditional use permits, variances and work on other planning related projects. Assist the general public via telephone and email.
Essential Functions
The employee must have the ability to:
- Prepare agenda items and support material including resolutions and agreements for the City Council and Planning Commission, various committees and advisory boards as directed.
- Review development projects and serve as liaison for the Planning Division in meetings with developers, architects, engineers, consultants, outside agencies and the general public regarding City development policies and standards.
- Research, analyze and interpret social, economic, population and land use data and trends; prepare staff reports on various planning matters and elements of the general plan.
- Collect information and prepare the City's Development Activity Report; compile information and make recommendations on special studies and prepare planning reports.
- Prepare request for qualifications and proposals as related to redevelopment projects; evaluate bid proposals and development requirements; review and approve development proposals and applications which comply with appropriate regulations and policies; inspect sites for project compliance.
- Review and process design reviews, conditional use permits and variances; prepare staff reports; evaluate and approve business licenses and sign proposals; update building and occupancy permits.
- Provide information on landscape requirements to developers and the general public; inspect proposed site for landscape requirements and compliance; develop and revise landscape requirements and standards.
- Issue grading and building permits; collect and refund street tree fees, landscape maintenance bonds and agreements; plan check landscape and irrigation plans.
- Maintain and update the General Plan mailing list; notify local newspapers on public hearings.
- Prepare initial environmental impact studies; assist in preparing or reviewing environmental impact reports.
- Maintain and update files and maps on specific development projects; prepare and update various lists related to planning and development including lists or local developers, vendors and homeowners for project areas.
- Answer questions and provide information to the public; respond to written inquiries to the City as it relates to the City's planning function.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Working Conditions: Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, and stooping in the performance of daily activities. The position also requires grasping, repetitive hand movement and fine coordination in preparing reports using a computer keyboard. Additionally, the position requires near and far vision when preparing and reading written reports and other work related documents. Acute hearing is also required when providing phone and counter assistance.
Experience and Training Guidelines
A combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. The employee must have the knowledge of:
- Principles and practices of urban planning and development.
- Site planning, landscape and architectural design.
- Current literature, information sources, and research techniques in the field of urban planning.
Ability to:
- Learn laws underlying general plans, zoning and land divisions.
- Learn applicable environmental laws, regulations, and methods of assessment.
- Analyze and compile technical and statistical information and prepare reports.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Experience: Some related planning experience is desirable.
Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in urban planning or a related field.
Preferred: Previous experience presenting in a public forum and prior work experience in a City or County Planning Department.

THE PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager supports the Logistics & Operations team by ensuring that inbound and outbound operations are balanced and DC/3PL operations are optimized. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by enabling data-driven decision-making and minimizing errors across logistics workflows, collaborating with procurement, planning, customer service, sales and the DC operations.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
Supply & Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to align inventory levels with forecasted customer needs
- Monitor demand trends and adjust plans to mitigate risks related to inventory shortages or overstock
- Analyze historical data and market insights to improve forecast accuracy
- Align supply plans with warehouse capacity, supplier lead times, and operational constraints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with procurement, production, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow
- Identify and resolve operational and data discrepancies across supply chain functions
- Support vendor and supplier relationship management and performance tracking
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key supply chain KPIs including inventory health, forecast accuracy, freight activity, and operational efficiency
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to support leadership decision-making
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve supply chain performance
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify potential supply chain risks and support mitigation planning
- Contribute to operational initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving lead times, and enhancing service levels

Data & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate supply chain, logistics, and inventory data across internal systems

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations support
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools
- Experience analyzing supply chain data such as inventory levels, transportation metrics, and distribution performance
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems; experience with platforms such as Manhattan or Full Circle preferred
- Working knowledge of international shipping terms and Incoterms
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in apparel or consumer goods supply chain environments.
- Exposure to inventory management processes, including stock reconciliation and variance analysis.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

Job Summary
We are seeking an SCM Coordinator to join our team. This role will be critical in building our logistics infrastructure from the ground up in collaboration with the Olive Young logistics team and 3PL operator.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the Olive Young SCM Division in Korea and the 3PL operator’s management team to support planning discussions for a new U.S. logistics center.
- Observe logistics operations, including import/export customs clearance and warehouse activities handled by the 3PL operator.
- Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse flows and report observations regarding operational progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and monitor and report on the quality of logistics processes performed by the 3PL operator.
- Monitor and analyze logistics expenses and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports covering logistics costs, inventory days, and stock shortages.
- Support discussions related to logistics rates and contracts with 3PL providers.
- Maintain regular communication with the SCM team at Korean headquarters to ensure process alignment.
- Work closely with CJ Olive Young USA stakeholders to support internal operational and strategic planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the 3PL operator’s management team to facilitate smooth communication channels.
- Partner with the Global SCM team in Korea to align supply chain activities.
- Monitor logistics performance and provide non-binding recommendations to the 3PL partner’s management regarding potential operational enhancements.
- Provide monthly reporting on logistics KPIs, including costs, inventory turnover, and shortages.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Prior experience working with retail clients (shippers) is required.
- Professional experience in customs clearance and logistics center operations.
- Experience with U.S.-based retail companies is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently to logistics centers (initial location: Bloomington, but subject to change).

The firm is seeking a Construction and Business Litigation Attorney to support its Irvine, California office, with the role structured as fully remote.
LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
This is a compelling opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 2 to 7 years of experience to join a sophisticated construction and business litigation practice in a fully remote capacity. Attorneys in this group handle complex, high-value matters and work closely with experienced partners, clients, and insurance carriers across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.
Despite the remote structure, attorneys are fully integrated into case teams and entrusted with meaningful responsibility across all phases of litigation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Represent clients in complex construction and business litigation matters
- Handle disputes involving design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, developers, and property owners
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appellate matters
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and insurers throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including claims guidance during active design and construction
- Work on matters involving large-scale infrastructure, public works, and commercial developments such as transportation projects, healthcare facilities, hospitality properties, utilities, and residential developments
- Collaborate remotely with partners and litigation teams while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
WHAT YOU BRING
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2 to 7 years of experience in construction law, complex litigation, or business litigation
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Prior experience working with insurance carriers or insured clients is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage matters independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a team-based practice
COMPENSATION AND REMOTE STRUCTURE
- Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and overall fit
- Fully remote role aligned with the Irvine, California office

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.
Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term
A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
