Manage all aspects of estate administration from start to finish, including probate, trust administration, estate planning, and related matters.

2.

Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients regarding estate administration matters.

3.

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

4.

Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle any litigation related to estate administration.

5.

Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to provide the highest level of legal services to clients.

6.

Stay abreast of the latest developments and changes in estate administration law and probate procedures.

7.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on their case and ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications 1.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

3.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate administration, with a particular focus on probate.

4.

Proven track record of successfully managing estate administration matters from start to finish.

5.

Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.

6.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

7.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

8.

Proficient in legal research tools and software.

9.

High level of integrity and professional ethics.
