Position Summary

IT Operations Specialist
Reports to: Director of Technology
Role Overview
The IT Operations Specialist supports day-to-day technology operations across corporate offices and jobsites. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user support and works closely with the Director of Technology to strengthen and mature the company’s internal IT operations capability.
This position is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users, and contributing to a structured and evolving IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 10/11 environments
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Procore, Viewpoint, and related SaaS platforms
- Resolve login, MFA, and access-related issues
- Perform onboarding and offboarding (AD, M365 licensing, device configuration)
- Configure and deploy laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Coordinate with the MSP for escalations when required
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow structured processes
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Take ownership of assigned tickets through resolution or proper escalation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience (corporate or multi-site preferred)
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Hands-on experience managing users and groups in Active Directory (on-prem or hybrid preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 in hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Device provisioning experience
- Relevant certifications are a plus, demonstrated hands-on experience is highly valued.

What You’ll Do
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures following sterile technique

- Assist physicians during Cath Lab cases, monitor vital signs, and contribute to optimal procedural flow
- Participate in the on‑call rotation, supporting emergent cases when needed

About the Role
As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by performing accurate and timely laboratory testing used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Testing domains include waived, moderate, and high‑complexity procedures. Required: Experience with waived, moderate, and high‑complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting—through education or hands‑on work experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and document laboratory testing—including pre‑analytical steps—following standard operating procedures and accreditation standards to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Conduct and evaluate quality control procedures for tests, equipment, reagents, and media.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve testing variances by implementing corrective actions to ensure accurate, reliable results.
What You’ll Need
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate Degree in one of the following:
- Medical Laboratory Science Program
- Medical Technologist
- Medical Technician
- Biology
- Chemistry
Preferred Licensure/Certification
- ASCP‑certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent
- Other acceptable certifications: ASCP or HEW

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
