  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system design
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, testing, and data validation
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Cloud Connect
  • Strong SQL / relational database knowledge
  • Ability to bridge business users and technical teams
