General Summary
Primary Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live the First Community Credit Union Mission, Vision and Values within the organization and our communities.
- Assist in branch services and operations to serve our members.
- Accept share deposits and loan payments from members in person and by mail, disburse share withdrawals and perform miscellaneous cash transactions.
- Transfer of funds between members’ accounts.
- Balance cash drawer.
- Process payments for the sale of credit union products sold.
- Set up new accounts on the system and prepare necessary paperwork, as required at the branch level.
- Provide information concerning the credit union and members’ accounts, in accordance with credit union policy.
- Maintain and update mailing lists of credit union members as assigned.
- Assist in sending out mailings.
- Assist in answering the phone and routing calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Follow all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Make suggestions for improving existing products and developing new products.
- Adequate understanding of the credit union’s products and services to allow for effective cross selling and general discussion of those products/services with members.
- Hand out credit union promotional items to assist in promoting credit union special events and campaigns.

Job Summary
The primary function of the Application Engineer ("AE") is to provide accurate pricing information for the design and production of our industrial gears, gear drives or gear repair services. Upon receiving a project request, the AE will review and analyze all customer supplied data, including technical and design specifications necessary to complete the project. The AE will accurately determine the raw materials, engineering, manufacturing, logistic, and other costs necessary to complete the project to specifications and provide the customer with an accurate quote on price.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review the project request with the customer and/or salesperson.
- Review all customer supplied drawings, specifications, data, etc.
- For repairs, evaluate gearbox to determine necessary repairs and scope of work.
- Determine preliminary designs and specifications.
- Develop cost estimates based on the data supplied by the customer to include all preliminary design work, materials, production costs, etc.
- Review customer purchase orders to ensure they reflect the quote in accurate, up to date and meets the customers’ expectations.
- Submit quote to customer in conjunction with the H&S sales team.
- Assist with overall workload within Applications Engineering to meet customer needs and department schedules.
Qualification and Experience
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or B.S.M.E.T. or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge/experience with metal machining and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the mechanical drive/power transmission industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with MS Office applications; design experience with Solid Works a plus.
- Superior time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

SCOPE OF ROLE
The Robotic Welding Programmer is responsible for creating and maintaining robotic welding programs. Their duties include program creation/support/improvement, part selection and development, design improvement recommendations, and robotic/automation operations training. · Independently creates, maintains, and improves robotic & automation programs.
· Analyzes drawings, work instructions, and engineering data to optimize programs.
· Designs, tests, and implements tooling and fixtures to support production and quality.
· Makes mechanical and program adjustments to meet quantity and quality requirements.
· Collaborates with maintenance to ensure proper and timely equipment upkeep.
· Identifies process issues and implements corrective actions.
· Suggests design improvements or alternative automation methods.
· Guides part selection and supports transition from manual to robotic operations.
· Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams regarding issues and solutions.

· Experience with robotic and/or automated equipment programming
· Familiarity with PLC programming (ABB Preferred).
· Experience with sheet metal fabrication, forming, cut-to-length, and/or press brake operation. AutoCAD/Inventor/3D CAD experience a plus
