Role Summary: The Community Coordinator is the front-line representative for members and visitors, responsible for day-to-day office operations, member support, and administrative tasks that keep the coworking space running smoothly. This role combines customer service, operations, and light facilities/technology coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary front-desk contact: greet visitors, manage check-ins, answer phones, calendar scheduling, mail handling, and respond to member inquiries (in-person, phone, email, chat).
- Maintain coworking schedules: meeting room reservations, event calendars, and shared-space availability.
- Supports our social media presence with postings on our various accounts to help our exposure in the community.
- Handle administrative tasks: mail/package distribution, supplies inventory and ordering, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping support (invoicing, expense tracking).
- Support light facilities and IT: coordinate with vendors/maintenance, troubleshoot common connectivity issues, and escalate technical problems.
- Assist with community programming and events: setup/breakdown, attendee registration, and on-site support.
- Enforce community policies and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience; coworking or office operations experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional front-desk presence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with common office technology: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, booking systems (e.g., OfficeRnD, Nexudus, Skedda), basic networking troubleshooting.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift/move light equipment (up to ~25 lbs) and stand for extended periods during events.
- Ability to gain notary certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with community management, event coordination, customer service, or facilities management.
- Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot, Yardi), payment processing systems, and basic bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks, Stripe) is a great plus.

Position Overview:
As our Nuclear Welder, you will weld a variety of metals completing welding details on materials ranging from heavy machined parts to thinned wall components using weld jigs, fixtures, special machine racks and frames, and like items.
Location:

Your Day to Day as a Nuclear Welder:
- Perform delicate weld operations on very expensive components and assemblies and other difficult details. May necessitate the adaptation of available fixtures.
- Work from specific approved procedures and complex blueprints. Work in close cooperation with weld engineer, weld inspector, and other authorized personnel.
- Reads and strictly complies with weld blueprints, weld procedures, and work instructions.
- Grinding to remove slag inclusions, excessive weld, burrs, or other pre-post steps required to make an acceptable weld.
- Must become certified to all requirements of BWXT contracts pertaining to welding and/or brazing, imposed on BWXT both now and in the future.
- Inspect all work using appropriate measurement instruments.
- Refers all issues/problems to supervisor for disposition.
- Completes and maintains all documentation as directed by work instructions and policies.
- Cleans machine, tooling, and parts.
- Performs machine maintenance, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Follows and complies with all operation instructions, work rules, and safety policies.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manual and automatic gas tungsten arc and/or shield arc welding, completion of an accredited training program will be considered.
- Brazing and soldiering skills, preferred.
- If necessary, be able to demonstrate ability to perform above skills on a test piece.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, procedures, and work instructions.
- Possess skills necessary to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable written and operation examinations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable certifications.
- Possess necessary personal tools.
- Must be willing and available to work any shift (2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm, 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am).

Pay: $40.82
The starting rate for this position in Ohio (US-OH) is $40.82 per hour. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, retirement and/or other benefits. What You'll Do
As a Master Machinist, you'll be part of our SAT team located in Highland Heights, OH. You'll get to:
- Set up and operate machining equipment to produce parts with minimal training and supervision
- Understand close tolerance machining, generally low volume critical components
- Read blueprints, understand G.D.&T. ,sketches, and process routings.
- Perform inspection of machined parts
- Operate computer as required for production tracking
- Perform general preventative maintenance of machines, including chip removal, coolant maintenance and maintaining lubricant levels

Essential Functions and Duties

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals. The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness. Join the Interventional Radiology Team in the Cardiology Invasive Lab at MetroHealth!
Primary skills utilized/learned:
- Under the general supervision of the fluoroscopy operator, assists with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, which encompass the vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
- The patient population shall range from infancy through geriatric.
- Provides a safe and supporting care environment for those patients undergoing procedures involving the use of fluoroscopy.
- Functions in a multipurpose role depending of the needs of the individual patient and operator, and in line with The MetroHealth System approved policies and procedures and in accordance with specific governing ODH regulations.
- Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Possess a valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtains within 1 year of hire
- Possess a BLS Certification from the AHA or obtains within the standard probationary period.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis to meet the needs of the department.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of related experience with advanced certification through the ARRT in Vascular Interventional and/or Cardiac Interventional Radiography.
- Experience in the use of computers and sophisticated diagnostic equipment.
- Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and ability to interpret ECGs.
- Experience working with a sterile field using sterile technique.
- Experience operating a C-arm.
Physical Demands:
- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
- May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
- See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
- Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
- Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance.
