Because this position is a sales role, the total first year compensation can vary between $55,000-$80,000 based on performance. About the Role

 

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

  • Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
  • Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
  • Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
  • Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

Job Functions

  • Coordinates workflow through the department to ensure turnaround times are met
  • Works with Team Leads, Senior Analysts and Senior Technicians to manage staff and instrumentation resources to maximize sample throughput and ensures production targets are met
  • Uses LIMS to ensure that samples are processed appropriately and updates the samples’ status in LIMS as required
  • Applies technical judgment to determine potential problems for samples processed
  • Helps implement best practices in the laboratory to maximize operational efficiency and maintain data quality that meets or exceeds industry standards
  • Demonstrates good leadership through effective planning, delegating and empowering subordinates appropriately, and leading by example. Manages people and performance daily, acting quickly and decisively when required.
  • Ensures staffing levels are appropriate for sample volumes and that staff are properly trained to perform their assigned duties

  • Preparing a Basis of Estimate that outlines the scope, exceptions, allowance, format, in accordance with client requirements
  • Develops and/or compiles discipline and multi-discipline material take-offs (MTOs) • Evaluates and/or develops labor rates and subcontract costs • Enters the information into a spreadsheet or database for inclusion in an estimate
  • Analyze project documentation in order to scope, organize, and deliver equipment, material, and labor cost estimates
  • Develop project specific estimates based on project plans and schedules
  • Prepare and maintain a Basis of Estimate (BOE) for each project
  • Perform estimate benchmarking and compile project estimates prior to the internal and external review
  • Develop the estimate plan and communicate related information
  • Lead reviews of project estimates with the appropriate engineering disciplines
  • Ensure that estimates are consistent with client common processes and quality standards and accurately reflect project staffing requirements

Qualifications for electrical estimator:

  • Education through an accredited JATC or trade school.
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in electrical engineering or a similar field, a plus, but not required.
  • 3-5 years of project estimating and or related experience
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving

  • Manage defined projects to meet expectations, achieve business outcomes, and adhere to quality standards

  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices in project management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for project teams


Basic Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of experience managing people
