Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science, business, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Sales Experience: A minimum of five years of proven outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is mandatory, including success in solution-selling concepts and a demonstrated history of managing a defined sales territory, preferrably in the medical field or medical gas industry.
- Consultative Sales: Proven success using a consultative sales approach to establish a comprehensive mix of sales solutions and products by providing multiple layers of customer value.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success leveraging a deep understanding of the customer's business, current macroeconomic and microeconomic trends, industry trends, and identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with collaborative customer success management (CSM) platforms, such as Google Space and Salesforce.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Prioritization: Knowledge of customer segmentation and the ability to prioritize targeting customers that deliver the highest value to Airgas.
- Communication: Must possess excellent written and oral communication, listening, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases, or prior industrial gas/welding supply sales experience.

The director of biomedical engineering and capital asset planning/management is responsible for 1) overseeing the procurement and contracting of the biomedical engineering outsourced services and original equipment manufacturer service contracts and 2) overseeing medical equipment capital lifecycle and spend aggregation for better value including medical equipment capital negotiations, medical equipment retirement recommendations, and category/sub-category standardization efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Biomedical Engineering Services
Provide oversight to outsourced biomedical engineering vendor as a functional expert
Provides and keeps abreast of the biomedical equipment management standards of The Joint Commission, CMS, and other applicable regulatory bodies
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance. Prepares regular reports on vendor performance, customer feedback, and KPIs for senior management in FMOLHS markets
Ensures timely start and end of service contracts when medical equipment is replaced
Reviews invoices for appropriate charges per the contract
Collaborate with hospital and clinic department leaders on the appropriate service level and vendor for both new and existing medical equipment
Negotiate service contracts with outsourced biomedical engineering vendor and original equipment manufacturers for both installed base equipment and point of sale service contracts from original equipment manufacturers during capital acquisition
Medical Equipment Capital Asset Planning/Management
Develop multi-year medical equipment capital acquisition & replacement plan
Create multi-year medical capital equipment acquisition plan by partnering with the regional market leaders to aggregate regional plans and take advantage of our collective size when going to market for new medical capital equipment
Collaborate and communicate with key regional stakeholders on an on-going basis to ensure coordination and support
Implement total cost of ownership framework for medical equipment capital acquisitions
- Develop and implement total cost of ownership model to provide the basis for medical equipment acquisition decision making
- Develop and implement ongoing utilization and biomedical engineering cost dashboard for key medical capital equipment categories
Partner with clinical team members to manage supply utilization related to the medical capital equipment
Lead medical equipment capital negotiations
Serves as system leader and chief negotiator for capital medical equipment
Leverages GPO agreements and group buy opportunities for system benefit
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with a background in clinical engineering
Bachelor's Degree required - Biomedical Engineering or related field
Other Skills and Abilities- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; In depth knowledge of standards established by the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies; In-depth knowledge of many different types of patient care equipment

This full-time position offers a balanced mix of oncology and general gynecology, access to robotic technology, and strong multidisciplinary support. Practice Overview
- You’ll join a team of 4 gynecologic oncologists, a hospital-based PA, and an office-based NP

- Surgical support includes 3 da Vinci Xi robots, dedicated OR techs, residents, and a first-assist PA
Schedule

Job Title: Scheduling Technologist
Position Summary:
The Scheduling Technologist manages capital and expense project schedules by collecting contractor updates, integrating daily progress into the master Primavera P6 schedule, and proactively informing construction managers of schedule risks, delays, or deviations. As the central point of schedule intelligence, this role is critical for maintaining project alignment and ensuring timely execution across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive master project schedules across all phases: Front-End Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, and Start-up/Commissioning.
- Establish schedule baselines and support ongoing performance reporting to ensure projects remain within approved timelines and tolerances.
- Gather and coordinate schedule data inputs from various disciplines and functions for accurate forecasting, resource loading, and reporting.
- Identify schedule deviations, engage project/turnaround steering teams to determine root causes, and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
- Develop and assess conceptual schedules to evaluate alternative strategies or address potential scheduling risks.
- Maintain and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle; incorporate modifications due to scope changes or delays.
- Integrate cost estimates with resource-loaded schedules to align the estimated scope of work with the project timeline.
- Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule development, maintenance, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience scheduling in a chemical or refining manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).
- Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour days) with flexibility to support extended, weekend, or night shifts as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and accomplishing tasks independently.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
