Job Title : Medical Assistant/Technician (Hospital Corpsman) Category / Component : Enlisted • Both Overview Hospital Corpsmen assist healthcare professionals and provide medical and dental care to Sailors, Marines, and their families across clinics, hospitals, ships, and field units, gaining broad clinical, technical, and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities Perform emergency medical treatment for Sailors, Marines, and specialized units such as SEALs and Seabees; provide basic and emergency dental care and process dental X rays; serve as operating room technician and assist in surgery; administer preventive care and medications including immunizations and IVs; conduct physical exams and assist in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries; maintain patient records, perform clinical tests, and support physicians and nurses in a wide range of specialties.

About the Endoscopy-GI Clinic
The Endoscopy- GN Outpatient Clinic is located at the Center for Advanced Medicine and offers specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for a wide range of GI conditions. Staff provides advanced care for disorders affecting the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, pancrease and bile ducts.
Common procedures performed include upper GI endoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), radiofrequency ablation (RFA), cryotherapy, and stent placement.
These minimally invasive techniques are used to diagnose and treat conditions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, tumors, strictures, Barrett's esophagus and inflammatory bowel diseases. As an outpatient facility, this clinic is designed for patients to receive care and return home the same day, ensuring convenience and efficiency. - Designer's eye background or passion in design and dcor is a big advantage.
- Think on your feet strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that help you win the sale.
