Essential Job Duties:

Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information.

Full knowledge of general ledger and financial statement. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, accuracy and proper codes. Review prepaid expenses, stale dated checks, due to-and-from accounts and year end accruals. Analyze accounts and prepare journal entries monthly for month end closing. Participate in year-end financial reporting for CPA review. Enter year-end CPA journal entries and process year-end closing.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

Record accounts receivable payments, manage past due accounts monthly by contacting customers for payment.

Manage finance requests from customers for equipment purchases. Enter credit application information to finance companies for credit approval. Process customer DocuSign for contracts.

Process equipment invoices for sale of equipment.

Post ACH payments to customers’ accounts when funded.

Process equipment payable invoices to vendors within 15 days of sale date, manage discounts and sales commissions.

Maintain monthly excel spreadsheets for notes payable for miscellaneous vendors.

Warranty administrator: Manage warranty claim input to various vendors within 30 days of repair order date, manage vendor payments to subledger.

Manage Co-Op claims for advertising reimbursement.

Reconcile and pay sales tax monthly. Process Sales Tax returns quarterly.

Coordinate HR and required safety training as needed.

This position is responsible for oversight of facility operations of large multi-site hospital and/or health center locations. Responsibilities may include additional departmental oversight including Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Security, Real Estate Services, and Environmental Safety. This position is responsible for Program Quality Evaluation (PQE), departmental financial performance, personnel recruitment, staff training and development, customer satisfaction program improvements, and personal growth for all locations. Manages multiple acute care facilities totaling greater than 500,000 square feet, greater than 250 licensed beds, and/or non-acute care buildings. • Perform quality CT exams with using the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure and protocols
• Participate in all aspects of care of the CT patient to include pre and post care by support the patient care area
• Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, radiation protection, and excellent customer service experience during procedures
• Maintain appropriate documentation of patient records especially in the Radiology Information System
• Generate appropriate imaging from CT workstation and presents appropriate filming of CT scans to the radiologist
• Perform the duties of a staff technologist while providing direct and indirect clinical supervision and education of students in the clinical setting
• Collaborate and participate in department related projects and/or teams focused on improvement opportunities
• Assist with supportive duties such as transporting patients, office/clerical functions, equipment troubleshooting, maintaining supplies in rooms, and cleaning radiographic equipment
• Occasionally participate direct and indirect supervision of radiology students as well as indirect supervision of orderlies to coordinate patient flow

• Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Minimum of one year of radiologic technologist experience with CT responsibilities preferred

• Current BLS Certification
• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• CT certified or ARRT registry eligible. Eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire

• Performs quality ultrasound exams with the appropriate technical skills and according to the established procedure protocols.

• Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound Program

• ARDMS or ARRT registered or registry eligible in an Ultrasound discipline (i.e.OB/GYN, ABD, Breast or Cardiac Echo). Eligible candidates must obtain certification within two years of hire date.
