Responsibilities
The Boatswain's Mate (BM) has a rich history of honored traditions. As a BM, you will supervise the maintenance of your ship inside and out, in addition to a diverse roster of other responsibilities:
* Standing watch as lookout or Boatswain Mate of the Watch
* Repairing, maintaining and stowing equipment
* Training, directing and supervising ship's maintenance personnel
* Assisting as a search and rescue swimmer
* Operating sound-powered communication equipment
* Serving as a member of damage control, emergency and security alert teams
* Participating in Navy ceremonies
* Transferring supplies between ships while at sea
* Operating small boats, tugs, barges and other small craft
* Assisting with flight deck and amphibious operations
* Serving as flight deck crew during helicopter operations
* Supervising deck crew in cleaning, painting and maintaining the ship
* Directing boat crews in landing and rescue operations
* Teaching seamanship
Work Environment
Boatswain's Mates serve primarily on ships and can expect to travel the world over. Your responsibilities are performed mostly outdoors and you can expect work of a physical nature. You will not spend your entire career at sea, you may work in a variety of different environments when you're stationed on shore.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Boatswain Mate "A" School (5 weeks) in Great Lakes, IL, for training in basic general safety, watch standing, deck seamanship, underway replenishment and preventive maintenance.
Following "A" School, there may be additional opportunities for training before receiving your first assignment, such as amphibious training. After all training is completed, you may be assigned to a fleet unit or a shore station.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as a Boatswain's Mate may also be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officer roles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.
Post-Service Opportunities
Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as occupational health and safety, motorboat operation and more.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as a Boatswain's Mate can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and a Boatswain's Mate. You must also be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
Applicants for the BM rate possess good communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly. You should also be able to get along with others and work well as a team member.

Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Boatswain's Mates in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Boatswain's Mates in the Navy Reserve serve in an Enlisted role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with the job, initial training requirements must be met.
For current or former military Enlisted servicemembers, prior experience satisfies the initial Recruit Training requirement, so you will not need to go through Boot Camp again.
For those without prior military experience, you will need to meet the initial Recruit Training requirement by attending Boot Camp in Great Lakes, IL. This training course will prepare you for service in the Navy Reserve and count as your first Annual Training.

Position Overview
The Transmission Planning & Interconnection Manager is responsible for leading
interconnection and transmission-related activities throughout the development and execution
of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Working under the guidance of senior
interconnection leadership, this role supports projects from early site screening through
construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include technical analysis, coordination
with utilities and system operators, oversight of interconnection studies, and support of
regulatory and compliance activities. The position serves as a primary technical interface
between internal teams, external consultants, transmission owners, and market operators.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee interconnection activities for a portfolio of solar and battery storage projects
across multiple stages of development and construction.
• Coordinate closely with transmission owners, RTOs/ISOs, consultants, and internal
stakeholders regarding applications, studies, modeling assumptions, and technical
requirements.
• Perform and direct power flow, interconnection, and economic analyses to evaluate
site viability, system impacts, and optimal project sizing.
• Analyze transmission constraints, congestion exposure, curtailment risk, and nodal or

markets, or related roles within the electric power industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with power flow, production cost modeling,

Title:CRM Coordinator, Influencer
Location: Austin, Texas (hybrid M-TH)
Role Overview
The CRM Coordinator, Influencer will own the systems and communications that power Bloom’s creator ecosystem--driving retention, performance, and community across our influencer network using Klaviyo, GRIN, and other CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage influencer email/SMS flows in Klaviyo to nurture, activate, and retain creators
- Own creator segmentation strategy--affiliate, paid, gifting, TikTok Shop, tiered performance cohorts
- Manage CRM hygiene across GRIN and related platforms--tags, audience warming, contract/shipment status, payment visibility
- Develop lifecycle journeys for creators--onboarding, reactivation, upsell, seasonal launch pushes
- Partner with Influencer Managers to deploy campaign communications aligned to launch calendar
- Support new product drops with creator CRM blasts grounded in product positioning from the catalog
- Track performance of email campaigns--open rate, CTR, creator activation rate, revenue per creator
- Build automated workflows for product seeding, gifting confirmations, and retail push notifications
- Maintain organized influencer database--contact info, audience profile, vertical, retail alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid, affiliate, and gifting teams
Who You Are:

Miscellaneous:
- 2–4 years experience in CRM, influencer operations, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting)
- Experience with GRIN or comparable influencer SaaS
- Understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems
- Comfort working in fast-growth CPG environment
- Proficient in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple brands and product categories within portfolio
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best

Job Overview
Bloom is seeking an Affiliate Manager, TikTok Shop to help scale one of our fastest-growing marketing channels. This role will own day-to-day execution and optimization of our TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem driving creator activation, content velocity, and performance growth across our product portfolio.
You will operate at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and social commerce, working closely with paid media, creative, operations, and external partners to turn creator content into measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and energized by fast iteration, creator relationships, and performance based growth
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Growth
- Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators into Bloom’s affiliate ecosystem at scale
- Build and maintain relationships with high potential affiliates to drive consistent content output and revenue growth
- Activate creators through product seeding, sampling programs, and performance incentives
- Identify emerging creators and trends early to fuel incremental growth
Performance & Revenue Optimization
- Monitor affiliate performance across GMV, content volume, conversion, and ROI metrics
- Optimize creator mix, incentives, and activation strategies to maximize channel output
Campaign & Program Execution
- Coordinate product shipments, affiliate offers, and creator campaign logistics
- Ensure affiliates have clear briefs, selling angles, and product education to drive effective content
- Maintain organized tracking of creator communications, deliverables, and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with operations to ensure inventory, sampling, and fulfillment align with affiliate demand
- Collaborate with data and social commerce teams to build reporting and performance insights
Trend & Market Intelligence
- Stay current on TikTok trends, creator behaviors, competitor strategies, and platform updates
- Bring proactive recommendations to improve Bloom’s TikTok Shop affiliate strategy

· Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities.
· Keeping the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean and stocked
· Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
· Complying with all sales related policies and procedures
· Unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, stocking checks and securing security tags when needed)
· Monitoring the new staff training: Acting as a role model to implementing the internal procedures, the company standards and the product awareness
· Providing active support by sharing knowledge as a brand expert, in order to help develop new staff correctly with the aim of achieving the store goals
Requirements:
· Minimum 2- years retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands
· Strong experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations
