• Maintains correct count of sponges, needles, and instruments according to the established policy and procedure 100% of
the time as observed by the circulating nurse.
• Assists in the care and labeling of specimens 100% of the time as observed by the circulating nurse.
• Acknowledges
Scrubs, and wears gown and gloves in accordance with the Recommended Practices and within a reasonable time frame
that facilitates counting of instruments, sponges, and sharps, and the O.R. policy and procedure 100% of the time as
observed by the circulating nurse. This includes conducting an inventory count when placing instruments in pan and taking
them to the decontamination area ensuring that no instruments are lost as documented on the instrument count sheet.
• Assists in the maintenance of equipment and supplies by inspection, proper cleaning, care, and utilization according to
company recommendations and the O.R. policy and procedures 100% of the time as observed by the circulating nurse. If
problems are found, reports to the appropriate person for solution.
• Sets up back table, instruments, medications, and supplies according to the type of surgery and the service 100% of the
time as observed by the circulating nurse/nurse manager.
• Utilizes basic technical skills to implement the plan of care as exhibited by identified unit-based competencies and skills
with no more than 5 exceptions, excluding written counseling. Skills: complies with unit policies on the processing and
handling of sterile and contaminated instruments; opens and closes assigned rooms according to unit policy; correctly
operates the sterilizers and labels and reads the printout to verify that the necessary conditions for sterilization have been
met; completes all other unit-based competencies.

Operational Architecture
→ Refine and finalize BCS's existing proprietary processes into fully scalable SOPs, playbooks, and training systems. The foundation is built; your job is to sharpen it.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1–3 years of sales experience (medical device or healthcare industry preferred)

- Willingness to travel throughout assigned region (approximately 30–40% overnight)

The Role
You’ll help create the Digital Twin for major construction projects, integrating client models, schedules, and construction insights with the company’s proven methodologies. You’ll act as the construction expert within the technology team, advising both clients and internal teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum value across the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Configure the “construction solution” for large-scale projects based on client requirements
- Conduct technical discussions with project teams to understand construction methodologies
- Translate on-site realities into digital twin models reflecting actual project execution
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams to support project delivery
- Contribute to the refinement of internal methodology, playbooks, and tools
- Participate in discovery sessions and implementation stages with clients
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams on construction practices
About You
- Operational construction experience — site-based/project management roles preferred
- Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural) or Construction Management
- Strong BIM/3D modeling skills; Navisworks experience advantageous
- Knowledge of MEP systems and installation workflows
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (PowerProject, P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Identifies and pursues service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.
Manages start ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedure. Maintains DSO according to goal. Manages systems start up and warranty cost under reserve.
Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.
Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers as necessary to support regional business.
Ensures employee satisfaction through:

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
