- Walk all vacant units as well as the property on a regular basis ensuring that it is well maintained. During these inspections all liability and/or deficiencies should be reported to to the Service Manager and Supervisor.
- Responsible for office operations, quality curb appeal, office and model cleanliness.
- Conduct market surveys as required. Create and implement marketing plans for ongoing success and high occupancy of the property.
Payroll:
- Has a working knowledge and a familiarity with Paylocity Payroll System. Seeks help and additional training if necessary.
- Seeks supervisor or ownership’s approval before approving employee overtime.
- Approval of timesheets and overtime by the 10am Monday morning deadline.
- Ensures employees have completed their time card approvals.
- Limits and monitors employee missed punches and disciplines chronic offenders.
- Does not manipulate over time records, monitors overtime proactively but does not remove legitimate employee overtime worked. Does not allow employees to work off the clock.
- Maintains accurate payroll records by promptly returning Associate Status Forms to Payroll.
Reporting:
- Must maintain all records in a complete and organized manner as described throughout the MLPG P&P Operations Manual and in full compliance with outside regulatory boards which may be applicable (EEOC, OSHA, EPA, HUD, etc.)
- Consistently review all leasing performance and paperwork.
Safety:
- Responsible for responding to all emergency situations, preparing all necessary reporting and notifying the Supervisor, Regional Director, VP and COO.
Compliance:

- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSHA, EPA and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.\

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Experience

- Ensure that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation and records.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to project safety regulations.
- Assist with project planning – hosting coordination meetings, writing work scopes, getting quotes, scheduling work.
- Train and mentor junior members. Encourage training and development through performance management with a focus on retention.
- Provide technical input related to contract drawings and documents.
- Contribute to weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 6-10 years of experience in the managing MEP projects/scope.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to manage multiple trades and personalities.
- Working knowledge of architectural, structural, civil documents to understand how the mechanical/electrical systems are integrated into the building.
- Good understanding of Specifications Divisions and navigation within for coordinating responsibilities, various testing and documentation requirements of the project.
- Understanding of Codes for Building, Plumbing, NFPA (fire, electrical, etc.), Mechanical, and Life Safety systems.
- Strong working knowledge with computers, laptops, iPad type instruments, Microsoft Office Suite, various construction industry applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze accounts receivable aging
- Research client accounts using electronic billing sites in order to take the appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
- Contact clients via phone calls, and email to follow-up on status of unpaid invoices
- Prepare and send monthly overdue statements
- Negotiate and arrange payment schedules
- Record all collection activities efforts with regularity
- Communicate all collections activity with the assigned Partner
- Request application of retainers and unapplied cash for payment of invoices
- Process refund requests for remaining Trust balances and client overpayments
- Calculate deductible exhaustion for insured client matters
- Audit accounts receivable ledgers as needed
- Prepare reports as needed
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelors’ Degree preferred in a related field of study.
- Two to four years of AR Collections experience required.
- Two years in Insurance Carrier Collections preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office. Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with e-billing vendor sites (LegalX, T360, etc.)
- Experience in e-billing also considered

Role Description
Responsible for membership recruitment through scheduled events in collaboration with school district personnel, school administrators, and PAGE Ambassadors (building representatives).
Job Duties
1. Recruits members within assigned school districts
2. Ensures timely delivery of information to new teachers
3. Represents PAGE in person at assigned new teacher orientations and district functions
4. Presents PAGE information to new teachers and other newly hired district staff
5. Maintains and updates school contact lists
6. Schedules and coordinates school events to engage prospective and current members, individually or in group settings
7. Serves as a liaison between PAGE members and internal PAGE departments
8. Works independently while adhering to established guidelines and expectations
9. Provides semi-monthly updates on events and work activities
