The Director is responsible for the ownership, execution, and interpretation of policies, for the successful operation of the business. Results are typically accomplished through project teams. This role has a significant impact on business operations, both internal and external-facing. The Director is the leader for the business group, sets the tone and standard for core values and best practices, and drives business unit success towards goals and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership:

  • Focuses on the team to identify and implement personal development opportunities, whether technical, project management, or personal
  • Leads, trains, and mentors team members by acting as PM on select projects and meeting individual utilization expectations.
  • Facilitates monthly 1:1 meetings with each direct report using a standardized 1:1 meeting tool, observe 2nd level reports during the initial 1:1 session with the team.
  • Oversees Business Operations Specialist by ensuring contracts are added and updated, bi-weekly internal contracts meetings are held, and periodic client outreach occurs.
  • Participates in company-wide initiatives as required.

Operations:

  • Responsible for the successful coordination and completion of smaller, quick turnaround projects and larger, highly complex, longer cycle projects.
  • Leads/co-leads scheduling of resources to achieve individual and team utilization targets as well as revenue goals.
  • Reviews Consultant and Specialist level deliverables for content, consistency, and compliance while ensuring reporting standards and delivery timelines. Discusses findings with respective authors for development.
  • Evaluates '2-Week Look ahead' by EOB Thursdays of the preceding week to ensure the team is efficiently deployed and coordinated. Partners with other team leaders across the business to fill any gaps in the schedule.
  • Provides technical assistance and/or staffing availability input on proposals to the Market Development team.
  • Provides periodic progress, reports, and other metrics as needed.
  • Creates draft and submits final invoices consistent with timelines provided by Accounting.
  • Reviews monthly accounts receivable and assists A/R team in client outreach for payment, as needed.
  • Provides high-touch engagement with clients on projects warranting closer relationships and/or challenging projects.
  • Fosters relationships with new & existing clients for tactical and strategic purposes

Strategic

  • Anticipates and communicates changes regarding clients, local market, or industry
  • Develops plan(s) to optimize and/or mitigate challenges.
  • Generates revenue projections, leverages resources, scheduling, backlog, etc.
  • Provide status updates biweekly during the Ops-huddle.
  • Owns department-specific data/updates in the Monthly Town Hall meeting.

  • Co-leads annual planning cycle to include revenue and margin targets, service line/markets expansion, necessary resources/training, and team development needs.

  • PE or AIA license desired.

Qualifications: GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.

Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.

Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Route Driver to safely deliver fresh food products including sandwiches, milk, bread, and bakery items to convenience stores. This position involves flexible hours, a 5:00 PM start time, and includes weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Timely Deliveries: Deliver products accurately and on schedule to assigned stores.

* Navigation Skills: Use GPS and written directions to manage routes effectively.

* Technology Use: Operate an electronic tablet for product counts and store check-ins.

* Tray Management: Collect and return empty trays during each delivery.

* Training & Safety: Complete all required training, safety courses, and meetings.

* Safe Delivery Practices: Perform daily truck inspections and apply proper set points for product transport.

* Truck Maintenance: Keep trucks clean and report issues promptly.

* Warehouse Operations: Load/unload trucks, verify orders, and complete paperwork in warehouse temps of 38-70F.

* Vehicle Management: Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24-28 foot straight box truck.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

QUALIFICATIONS

* 21 years of age or older.

* Valid Driver's License (CDL B with air brake endorsement may be required).

* 3+ years of experience driving and backing box trucks in route delivery.

* Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 300 lbs with a dolly.

* Proficient in English (spoken and written).

* Comfortable working in 38-70F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather conditions.

* Able to perform frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

* Thrives in a fast-paced, nighttime environment.

* Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, background check, and MVR with a clean record (no DUIs in past 5 years, minimal accidents/tickets).

As a Corporate Accounting Analyst, you will partner closely with the upstream operational and international accounting teams. You will be responsible for helping the Corporate Accounting team close the books monthly as well as build out related internal controls, automation, and process improvements. Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with upstream and downstream teams to perform flux analysis as part of the month-end close process and advise on accounting for related transactions.

  • Prepare monthly reconciliation for balance sheet accounts, working with business partners to obtain support for any reconciling items.
  • Implement and document improvements to facilitate growth, scalability, and improved compliance.
  • Provide support to internal and external auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews relating to financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation.

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $120,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
