Serving the community of Denver, the State of Colorado, and surrounding states, the unit supports a full spectrum of surgical services through continuous staffing, which minimizes the need for call while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Staffed by a highly experienced and skilled clinical team, the Inpatient OR specializes in a wide range of surgery services, including:

Job Summary
The Lead Surgical Technologist is a clinical expert for assigned surgical specialties. Under minimal supervision, assumes service line leadership in collaboration with the Service Leader, Charge Nurse, OR Manager and Director to identify and resolve operational issues and/or needs. This includes, but is not limited to: analyzing patient charts to plan for upcoming surgical procedures, evaluating equipment, supply and instrumentation needs, collaborating with vendors and internal auxiliary departments, selection, training and mentoring of team members, pulling cases, supporting teams, performing scrub duties and technical tasks pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 12 Article 43.2. Essential Functions:
- CASE MANAGEMENT
Utilizes the surgery schedule, patient chart and Surgical Preference Cards to prepare for upcoming surgical procedures by: analyzing block times, physician notes, diagnostic tests, previous surgeries, equipment availability, supply and instrument needs. Communicates with physicians when questions arise. Arranges for vendor support and specialty items (equipment, supplies, implants, etc.). Collaborates with leadership team when making staff assignments. Builds, maintains and makes updates to Surgical Preference Cards.
(30%) - LEADERSHIP
Oversees the members of a surgical specialty service to ensure that it is performing effectively and providing optimal patient care. Proactively approaches each surgical case by: assessing patient needs, evaluating, planning, collaborating, and encouraging positive communication while directing the healthcare team. Visible in the operating rooms daily. Delegates tasks to promote a sense of \"team work\".
(20%) - SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST
Performs direct and indirect preoperative surgical care for pediatric, adult, geriatric and vulnerable patient populations. Scrubs for minor/major/complex surgical procedures. Responsible for procurement and handling of instrumentation, supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures. Utilizes knowledge, training and skills to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and ensure quality patient care.

Identifies new projects aimed at improving systems and processes in the operating room. Defines, plans, communicates, executes, delegates and manages project from start to finish.
(15%) - MANAGEMENT OF EQUIPMENT, INSTRUMENTS AND SUPPLIES
Ascertains the availability of equipment, instruments and supplies by collaborating with the leadership team, vendors and internal auxiliary departments. Participates in and gathers data for new or replacement equipment. Assists and collaborates with SPD to build and maintain instrument sets. Arranges for broken or damaged items to be repaired or replaced. Researches and arranges for the use of new technology, equipment and supplies. Directly communicates with vendors and internal auxiliary departments to request quotes, place requisitions and establish Lawson numbers. Reports supply chain issues and requests substitute items.

Facilitates learning by assisting staff to meet service specific technical and professional objectives. Arranges schedules, serves as an evaluator, providing feedback, support and guidance. Coordinates and conducts service specific education and training about equipment, supplies and instrumentation. (i.e. daily huddle, Monday morning in-service, bi-annual Skills Day, fast talks). Develops training/resource tools (visual, hands on, etc.) utilizing the preoperative SharePoint site to preserve training materials.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Route Driver to safely deliver fresh food products including sandwiches, milk, bread, and bakery items to convenience stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Timely Deliveries: Deliver products accurately and on schedule to assigned stores.

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $120,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. All guards are required to work at least one day each weekend. Candidates must be residents of Colorado by their first day of employment. Key Responsibilities:- Secure Assets and Spaces: Protect and oversee critical areas and assets, ensuring their safety and integrity.
- Maintain Authority: Exhibit a commanding physical presence to deter criminal activity and maintain order.
- Conduct Security Patrols: Perform regular perimeter and grounds inspections, remaining alert for any unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Respond to Threats: Identify potentially hazardous situations and respond effectively and safely.
- Assist and Protect: Provide aid and protection to individuals in need, ensuring their safety.
- Enforce Security Measures: Investigate and address trespassers or violators; detain perpetrators when necessary.
- Control Access: Manage gate and door access for vehicles and personnel, maintaining strict entry protocols.
- Ensure Safety: Secure premises by locking doors, closing windows, and taking other necessary safety measures.
- Monitor Surveillance: Observe security cameras for signs of suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
- Manage Alarms: Set and respond to alarms as required, ensuring prompt action during emergencies.
- Escort Personnel: Provide safe escort services for employees and visitors as needed.
- Coordinate Emergency Response: Activate alarms and contact external emergency services (police, fire, medical) when required.
- Document Incidents: Prepare detailed reports on damages, theft, and irregular activities, maintaining thorough records.
- Compliance: Adhere to all applicable state and company regulations and policies.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English proficiently
- Must be able to pass a drug test, which includes marijuana

- Previous experience as an armed guard
- Must be technologically proficient
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations

Position Summary:
We're seeking highly motivated, skilled and energetic candidates for a Mill Machinist III on day shift.
This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and operation of manual machine tools as required in support of CNC operations.
- Setup and operation of 2 axis CNC horizontal & VTL mill and/or setup and operation of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills.
- Organizes, stages, and moves materials as required.
- Evaluates and requisitions purchased tooling and supplies.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required as follows:
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of machine tool setup and operation experience in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment, utilizing complex documentation and verbal/written instruction.
Additional Requirements:
- Overtime may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly range for this role is $35-45 per hour. This range represent the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant's qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
