LifeGift is currently looking for an on-site Organ Placement Specialist who will work collaboratively with all departments within LifeGift, HLA laboratories, and other OPOs and transplant programs to allocate organs for transplantation and research.
Do you possess the attributes to be a successful Organ Placement Specialist and perform the following essential functions?
- Coordinates multiple levels of the allocation of organs for transplant or research according to established LifeGift and OPTN policies.
- Responsible for ensuring timely continuation of the allocation process and maintains logistical oversight of organs for transplant or research that are awaiting final disposition.
- Relays accurate and timely donor medical information from LifeGift EMR system or from the UNET Donor Net system to transplant surgeons and transplant center personnel to facilitate organ placement.
- Facilitate the transportation and laboratory notification for blood and tissue samples sent for donor testing as well as the transportation of recovered organs when necessary.
Do you have the education and experience to be an Organ Placement Specialist?
- Bachelor’s degree with biology/pre-med/nursing/allied health courses or allied health work experience, required.
- Three to five years prior clinical experience in organ procurement and/or transplantation, preferred.

The Senior Manager, Cyber Security is responsible for the daily execution and continuous improvement of cybersecurity across a decentralized, multi-business unit enterprise.
This is a highly hands-on role. The Senior Manager will directly oversee security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and control enforcement while leading a small security team. The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day field operations of the project or area assigned, from planning to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, daily scheduling, supervision of all site or area activities, tasks and personnel, and ensuring the safety and overall compliance of the project or area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the contract documents, schedule (including the sequencing/phasing of the project and those activities that comprise the critical path on the project), staffing, project estimate and the coordination of project personnel.
Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding means and methods, systems, schedule and general conditions.
Assign and monitor members of the project team to various tasks at the start and throughout all phases of the project.
Perform performance evaluations for all personnel assigned to this position.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Safety Program and the Site Specific Safety Plan on the project and OSHA Guidelines as necessary to provide a safe work environment for the personnel on site as well as other personnel that may be directly affected by the project.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Quality Assurance Program and comprehensive quality control that enforces the requirements of the contract specifications, drawings and industry standards.
Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and contract documents.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the administration and monitoring of all storm water prevention and fugitive dust regulations and prevention measures per the project's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and applicable environmental quality regulations.
Establish an effective and professional on-site working relationship with the owner, architects, engineers and inspectors related to the project.
Prepare and distribute Project Daily Reports

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including purchase agreements, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and non-compete clauses.
Lead and support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and asset transfers.
Provide legal counsel on corporate restructuring, succession planning, and exit strategies.
Represent clients in transactional matters involving real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with litigation and regulatory teams as needed to ensure comprehensive client support.
Qualifications J.D.
from an ABA-accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas (or eligible for admission).
7+ years of experience in transactional law, preferably in a law firm setting.
Proven expertise in business transactions, M&A, and corporate law.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong client service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience Experience with healthcare transactions, franchise agreements, or oil & gas law is a plus.
Familiarity with Texas business regulations and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
