What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
  • Handle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour violations, and whistleblower claims
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide thoughtful legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of a case


What We’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar
  • 2–10+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice
  • Experience taking/defending depositions and participating in mediations
  • Trial experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
