  • Act as a technical resource in Continuous Improvement Tools to plant and PIP project leaders: Lean Manufacturing/Toyota Production Systems, Six-Sigma, 5S/6S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Maps, DOEs, FMEAs, Advanced Problem-Solving, SMED, etc., and assist in their implementation in an efficient manner for individual projects
  • Participate in the updating of manufacturing standards as a result of performance improvements
  • Develop work cell layouts in an effort to optimize material flow and support 5S and visual management initiatives
  • Initiate new equipment and technologies to maintain the company’s competitive advantage; including detailed scope definitions with the plant (capabilities, throughput, and equipment controls including function block diagrams, process parameters, and data acquisition requirements), RFQ documents, and execution timeline plans (including facility preparation, installation, H&S, training, production ramp-up, etc.).

Training & Advancement

Qualifications & Requirements

A candidate seeking to serve as a Navy Chaplain and Officer must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from a qualified four-year undergraduate educational institution
  • Have a graduate degree in theological or related studies from an accredited educational institution. (Note that a qualifying degree program requires no fewer than 72 semester hours or 108 quarter hours of graduate-level work. Related studies may include graduate courses in pastoral counseling, social work, religious administration and similar disciplines when one-half of the earned credits include topics in general religion, world religions, the practice of religion, theology, religious philosophy, religious ethics and/or the foundational writings from the applicant's religious tradition.)
  • Have two years of full-time religious leadership experience that's compatible with the duties of a Religious Ministry Professional (RMP) in their respective Religious Organizations (RO) and relevant to the settings of military chaplaincy
  • Must be able to obtain an Ecclesiastical Endorsement from a religious faith organization registered with the Department of War

Part-Time Opportunities

Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Chaplain, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Chaplains in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes. This gives you the flexibility to minister in the Navy while maintaining responsibilities to your congregation at home.

For Annual Training, Chaplains may serve anywhere in the world, alongside the Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen to whom they minister.

  • Coordinates, prioritizes, and follows up on programming requests for software maintenance and enhancements.

Process Improvement:

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements solutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new systems and procedures.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Product and Data Manager or the Senior Project Coordinator.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related field (TPA/healthcare experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Must have exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively.

Position Summary

The Plant Manager, Sardis is responsible for leading a multi-line manufacturing facility that houses a R&D facility along with prototyping laboratories.

This role is accountable for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while leveraging ERP (NetSuite) as the system of record for production planning, labor scheduling, inventory management, compliance, and reporting. The Plant Manager must effectively balance commercial production demands with development and pilot-scale runs in close partnership with R&D, while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Use ERP (NetSuite) as the system of record for all site activities including scheduling, production tracking, inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance
  • Drive ERP data accuracy and utilization to support decision-making, standardized operator workflows, and site-wide performance monitoring
  • Oversee daily operations across spray drying, granulation, fulvic, liquid, and specialty production lines
  • Optimize scheduling, throughput, and critical-path workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
