Key Responsibilities- Maintain Part 135 aircraft in accordance with company and FAA standards.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with the FAA, customers, and other regulatory bodies.

- Monitor CASP trends and RCA findings to drive corrective actions.

JOB SUMMARY
The Counselor provides clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, monitors treatment progress, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. Must be licensed or provisionally licensed and requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for behavioral health clients.

- As assigned by manager and location participates in on call crisis rotation after hours and assists with walk-in crises during business hours.

- Maintains clinical documentation in a manner as required by department policy, the Standards for the Operation of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs, and the Medicaid Policies and Procedures Manual, and in accordance, as applicable with SAMHSA TIPS and TAPS.
- Maintains competence in multicultural issues and demonstrates respect and understanding for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures for Behavioral Health services, Kid Clinic and Campbell County Memorial Hospital.
- Actively engages in departmental quality assurance and utilization management activities and processes to include monthly chart reviews.

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on scientific nursing principles
/n• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
/n• Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, and through IV, and record prescribed medications
/n• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments according to policy
/n• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-treatment home care needs
/n• Record patients' medical information and vital signs
/n• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients
/n• Interpret and record electronic displays
/n• Provide bedside care for medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery patients
/n• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
/n• Prepare equipment and aid physician during examinations and treatments
/n• Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol
/n• Participate in discharge planning and utilize time management skills
/n• May be responsible for caring for pediatric/adolescent patients occasionally
/n• May need to float between Lander and Riverton campuses depending on facility census
/n• Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association
/n• Must have Wyoming RN or multi-state RN license
/n• Must have 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital setting
