JOB SUMMARY
The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care to cardiac patients and communicate with the physician continuously to ensure patient safety during procedures. Working with the Cardiology Service Leaders and Providers, the Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care, reflective of CCH mission, vision, and values. The Registered Nurse (RN) will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum. This position coordinates and delegates unit and patient care activities, as appropriate, to other health care providers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides intensive, direct patient care to Cardiac Catheterization lab patient populations in the roles of moderate sedation, circulating, and monitoring.
- Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
- Develops an age-appropriate plan of care, which addresses physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
- Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation of interventions.
- Evaluates progress towards desired outcomes, revises plan of care and intervenes as necessary.
- Educates patient and families regarding current health status, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes.
- Provides service excellence to all customers.
- Demonstrates efficient time management and prioritization skills.
- Maintains professional standards related to clinical practice, staffing and continuing education.

- Maintains cardiac cath lab supplies and inventory.
- Assists in the recording, storing, retrieval and analyzing data obtained during cardiovascular procedures.
- Will monitor, scrub and/or circulate on Cath lab procedures.
- Functions independently in respective home department.
- Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.
- Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or financial practices.

SUMMARY:
The Procurement & Materials Manager is responsible for the cement plant and terminals purchasing and warehousing activities and processes, including but not limited to leading inventory reduction initiatives, and supporting Operations with providing procurement and inventory system support. This position is required to create and lead strategic initiatives to continue to drive improvement within these areas of responsibilities. This position is a member of the plant management team, and will be influential in providing guidance and input towards the department’s business strategies. The Procurement & Materials Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Task Statements
Responsible for cement plant and terminals purchasing and warehousing activities and processes, including but not limited to:
o Initiate, develop, and negotiate goods and services agreements, and manage them accordingly.
o Ensure compliance to purchasing agreements, policies and procedures.
o Identify and lead process improvement opportunities for purchasing, contract management, supplier selection and sourcing of services, inventory parts and consumables, raw materials and fuels, carrier needs, amongst others.
When appropriate, work with parent companies to identify competitive goods and services by obtaining supplier market information, and take advantage of existing agreements where possible.
Apply competitive bid processes for procuring goods and services. Negotiate product supply and service agreements that best meet the needs of the operation in relation to price, quality, service and availability.
Ensure competitive bidding and contract development activities are conducted in an ethical and legal manner.
Develop and implement purchasing policies, processes and strategic plans where needed.
Drive change and modernization of existing processes. Innovate at appropriate pace, establishing new and more efficient processes.
Manage physical warehouse, cycle counts, flow of inventory parts, consumables and associated cost.
Drive inventory reduction initiatives.
Perform min/max analysis and recommendations.
Develop and manage procurement and inventory management key performance indicators to drive improvements.
Actively participate in annual budgeting process with deep understanding of maintenance cost, commodities need, parts and materials inventory management in line with long term strategy, capital plan and large projects.

As the lead of the Revenue Integrity Division, the Revenue Integrity Administrator defines and carries out the strategy for maximizing gross and net revenue captured across the health system. The Administrator serves as the chief liaison between Revenue Cycle Administrator, Revenue Integrity Medical Director, and clinical departments. Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be
- Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.
- Oversee the pharmacy department's operations, including scheduling, continuous assessment, and the implementation of process improvements to optimize department performance.
- Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
- Demonstrate and maintain competence in clinical health system pharmacy practices, including antimicrobial stewardship, non-sterile and sterile drug preparation, controlled substances, hospital pharmacy accreditation, anticoagulation drug therapy management, and medication safety.
- Educate staff on pharmaceutical care and medication management, ensuring the pharmacy consistently complies with local, state, and national regulations.
- Stay current with new medications, indications, and evidence-based medicine. Collaborate with the Controller to prepare and manage departmental budgets for staffing, drugs, and supplies.
- Actively serve and lead various hospital committees, including Quality Assurance, Formulary, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, MEC, and Safety, as needed.

Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board for the state where the hospital is located.
- Successful completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one recognized as substantially equivalent to a U.S. accredited program by an appropriate certifying agency.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and or night shifts.
- May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
