CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd & 3rd Shift

  • Perform lathe machining from customer/GT drawings with minimal supervision.
  • Edit and generate machine code; utilize subprograms and edge-break calculations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, make rapid adjustments, and run multiple lathes concurrently.
  • Inspect with OGP, Keyence, optical comparator, and other metrology.

CNC Mill Machinist - 2nd Shift

  • Provide design feedback to Tool Designers to improve manufacturability.

Composites CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift

  • Set up and run 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex and prototype components.
  • Perform program downloads, fixture setup, offset adjustments, and program edits at the machine.
  • Interpret and apply GD&T.
  • Complete first articles and all dimensional inspection using CMM/OGP and other devices.
  • Degate, finish, and visually inspect composite parts.

Experience Requirements by Role

This Application Architect is responsible for supporting the implementation of UHS Radiology & Cardiology Information Systems and related applications across 26+ acute care hospitals. The role includes addressing maintenance issues, enhancement requests, modifying applications, providing technical support, and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines. Key responsibilities involve overseeing system conversions and implementations. The incumbent will collaborate with IS, clinical operations, facility resources, and vendors to deploy, maintain, and support radiology and cardiology applications. Responsibilities also include ensuring the integrity and reliability of all radiology and cardiology systems, developing plans, maintaining documentation, updating stakeholders, and assisting IT teams with product/tool selection. The position also requires the development and design of data collection and retrieval methods for clinical, technical, and managerial purposes. System Implementation:

  • Regularly meets with users, vendors, stakeholders, consultant and IS staff to develop/modify system specifications.
