POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Assures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment. Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Must have successfully completed a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program and hold a Surgical Technologist Certification from a national certifying body recognized by the Department of Public Health: The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (CST) or the National Center for Competency Testing (TS-C).
Candidates without current certification who have successfully completed an accredited Surgical Technologist program, but has not, as of the date of hire, obtained a Surgical Technologist Certification must obtain such certification within 90 days of hire from a national certifying body recognized by the Department of Public Health: The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (CST) or the National Center for Competency Testing (TS-C).

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of SAP Basis administrators and SAP Security/Authorization specialists (onshore and offshore).
- Platform Management: Oversee administration, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA, PI/XI, Solution Manager, etc.).
- Security & Compliance: Ensure robust SAP security and authorization processes, including role design, provisioning, audit, and compliance across the SAP landscape.

- Disaster Recovery & High Availability: Oversee DR/HA planning and execution for SAP platforms, including on-premises and cloud (AWS, RHEL, SLES) environments.

- Platform Assessment & Roadmap: Conduct a thorough assessment of the current SAP platform, including all Basis and Security/Authorization components.
- Develop a future state architecture that aligns with MassMutual’s business and technology strategy.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the decommissioning and replacement of end-of-life tools and utilities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
- Strategic SAP Initiatives: Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), and SAP Datasphere.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies for the adoption and future direction of the SAP RISE platform, ensuring MassMutual remains at the forefront of SAP innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA, PI/XI, Solution Manager, cloud integrations).
- Strong background in SAP security and authorizations (role design, provisioning, audit, compliance).
- Experience with database administration (DB2 UDB, SAP Sybase IQ, HANA).
- Familiarity with change management and release tools (Rev-Trac, HANA Cockpit, Solution Manager).
- Knowledge of high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR), Pacemaker Clusters, and hybrid cloud environments.

Summary

Performs computed tomography (CT) procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields while utilizing the assessment of patient age and diagnosis to produce technically accurate cross sectional images to assist the radiologist in diagnosis and treatment. Participates in complex invasive CT examinations by assisting the Radiologist or Physician's Assistant using proper sterile technique and producing CT images.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- Licensure, Certification, Registration
- Connecticut state Radiographer license required.
- CT Advanced certification by ARRT within 12 months of hire required.

Experience:

This position reports directly to the Manager of Behavioral Health Crisis and takes direction from the Clinical Nurse Manager of the department where they are floated. Provides direct and indirect clinical services to children and/or adolescents and/or adults in need of behavioral health care. Responsible for treatment of the client and provision of age-appropriate care. Core skills may include crisis assessment, intake assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, treatment planning, case management, team/community collaboration, patient/family education, and triage/discharge planning. Will provide flexible coverage as assigned to all services within Behavioral Health. POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs safe respiratory therapy modalities as ordered by physician, developing a plan of care based on assessment data and standards of care, identifying needs for alternative action in the plan of treatment and involves the multi-disciplinary team in revisions to plan of care. Sets up, maintains and monitors mechanical ventilation according to policy and procedure. Administers medications demonstrating thorough knowledge of policy and procedure. Assembles, selects, operates, and cleans respiratory equipment for proper and appropriate function. This includes but is not limited to mechanical ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP and High Flow systems, oxygen delivery devices and oxygen analyzers, manual resuscitators, and suctioning equipment. Performs tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning including the instillation of pharmacologic agents according to policy and procedure. Draws blood gases and runs samples through the iStat point of care device to process results, all following policy and procedure. Interprets arterial blood gas and oximetry results and reports critical values to the ordering provider. Differentiates between patient and equipment problems and intervenes appropriately. Documents and communicates all patient therapies including concerns during shift.
COMPETENCIES:
· Must possess a strong focus on customer service and the ability to exhibit patience and empathy while providing care to a culturally diverse group of patients.
· Must be able to speak, read, and write using the English language.
· Effective verbal communication is essential with patients, co-workers, and physicians.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
· Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program. Must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon hire.
· The candidate must hold the credential of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care and a current license from the State of Connecticut to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
· A candidate with a CRT credential must obtain the RRT credential from the NBRC within 12 months of employment.
· The candidate will hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and maintain certification as required by the organization.
· Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider (NRP) or Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable but not required.
· Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) certification is desirable but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
· A minimum of one (1) year of skilled respiratory experience within the last two years.

Job Description:
Provide service and support before, during , and after surgical procedures. Ensures the presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room to each operation; assists the surgeon during theoperation as allowed by professional and legal standards; and assists with cleaning operating room after the operation ensuring proper routing of equipment, and used material. Reports to Manager.
Qualifications
• Completion of a surgical technician program.
• Must be certified through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or be able to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Maintainence of CPR, BLS validation and attendance of annual Validation Day required.
• Knowledge of various surgical procedures with the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and to recognize the problems encountered by the surgeon.
• Knowledge of name and function of surgical equipment and instrumentation required.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strict adherence to policies and regulations regarding maintenance of sterile field required.
• Knowledge and practice of basic care and patient safety concepts.
• Application of the principles of asepsis in a manner that provides optimal patient care.
• Knowledge of OR emergency situations.
