The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day operational and project support for the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and partners closely with HR subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, system optimization, reporting accuracy, and process improvement. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS-related upgrades and initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support HRIS implementation projects and programs across all functional areas, including compensation, benefits, onboarding, recruitment, time and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, training, and change management
- Serve as a technical expert supporting the maintenance of new and existing HR systems and programs
- Act as the HRIS security administrator
- Lead HRIS reporting efforts, including development, maintenance, and governance of the reports library
- Provide customer support to HR teams and employee-related services, including Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence outcomes using appropriate communication skills
- Develop training materials and job aids for system end users across identified workstreams
- Train system administrators on system capabilities and support ongoing training initiatives
- Develop and oversee processes to ensure data integrity, including data audits and evaluation of data entry practices
- Drive full system utilization, optimize functionality, and improve business process efficiencies
- Support organizational change management efforts related to system and process changes, including communication, training, and feedback collection
- Support maintenance and administration of programs not fully supported by HRIS (e.g., WOTC, The Work Number, I-9 Management, Unemployment)
- Perform data analysis and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior leadership and business leaders
- Maintain, update, and test system integrations with internal departments and external vendors
- Develop presentations as needed
- Provide standard bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to HR and the broader organization
Qualifications
Key Competencies & Characteristics
- Strong knowledge of UKG (UltiPro), with 5–10 years of hands-on experience preferred
- Experience working with iCIMS (applicant tracking system) preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, concatenation, and other advanced functions); strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
- Technologically adept with the ability to work across multiple HRIS platforms and Microsoft applications

- Comply with and stay current with changes in safety regulations such as EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and Cal-OSHA.
- Create and implement site specific Accident Prevention Plan for construction per EM 381 1-1.

- Knowledge of the FARS is preferred.

This position is responsible for executional processes within the distribution centers’ warehouse, final mile delivery performance, and total cost management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate and manage partners through evolving business needs while empowering and developing their team.
LOCATION
This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as the escalation point for Regional Logistics Leaders and facilitate the resolution of complex issues and network‑wide adjustments to standard work, including development and execution of business continuity plans.
• Partner with corporate and field restaurant operations to ensure Logistics Leaders gather the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement in ordering, receiving, and delivery performance.
• Standardize and refine network processes, identifying risks, assigning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability through communication and training partnering with cross-functional partners and the Communications team.
• Monitor controllable and non‑controllable cost drivers and partner with Regional Logistics Leaders to standardize efficiencies and reduce cost variability.
• Lead the Outbound Logistics function, driving technology needs, process improvements, margin enhancement, and business‑case development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on LTOs, new menu items, equipment tests, and operational initiatives, resolving logistics issues and guiding communication with distributors.
• Partner with the Inbound Logistics Manager to assess quarterly DC capacity needs and maintain a long‑term DC roadmap.
• Work closely with FSQA to distribute food safety policies and updates, verifying compliance across distribution partners.
• Lead annual budgeting and negotiation strategy with the Sr. Director, Logistics for the distribution network and develop a high‑performing Outbound Logistics team through coaching and clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred; and/or equivalent experience considered.
- MBA or Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and 3PL or Warehouse Experience required.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- WMS, Oracle, Continuous Improvement, Contract Negotiation, Pricing Models, food safety compliance and foodservice/temp control experience preferred.
- Leverage and standardize WMS across operators, building relationships and enforcing requirements.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00–$222,000.00. Work Environment
Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.

Education Opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:

Part-Time Opportunities in the Navy Reserve Medical Corps

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. You will have the opportunity to shape policy, teach, lead and mentor young men and women, and, if you choose to do so, potentially fly with aviators, sail on ships, dive with the submariners, and/or serve alongside Marines and special operators.
Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. Due to continued growth in clinical volume, expansion of our multidisciplinary programs, and a deep institutional commitment to faculty well-being and sustainability, the Section of Pediatric Interventional Radiology at CHOC Children’s Hospital is recruiting a full-time Pediatric Interventional Radiologist.
About the Practice
Our team performs over 3,000 image-guided pediatric interventions annually, with year-over-year growth exceeding 20%. We are the only dedicated pediatric IR program in Orange County and serve as a critical hub for patients across the region.
CHOC is unique in that Interventional Radiology is an independent department—purpose-built and equipped with dedicated capital investment, not repurposed from other service lines. The department was developed specifically for pediatric IR and opened in 2025 with entirely new infrastructure and technology. This institutional design reflects CHOC’s deep commitment to the long-term success and autonomy of the IR service line, enabling strategic growth, programmatic development, and physician well-being.
The practice is now anchored by a new, purpose-designed IR department, located within the perioperative space, immediately adjacent to pre-op and post-op care areas. Pediatric anesthesiology is always available, ensuring seamless coordination and safety for both routine and complex cases.

- Biplane and single-plane Philips Azurion suites with fully equipped, dedicated ultrasound units in each room.
- Embedded reading rooms and back-office support for integrated longitudinal care.
