The Radiation Oncology Departments across the three main campuses (Mount Carmel Grove City, Mount Carmel East, and Mount Carmel St. Ann's) are equipped with 3 Varian TrueBeams as well as 1 CyberKnife S7. Each department has a dedicated Canon Large Bore CT Simulator with Respiratory Gating functionality. Treatment planning software include Eclipse, Oncentra, Accuray Precision for CyberKnife, MIM, and Velocity. The Grove City campus is the home for the HDR program and utilizes an Elekta Flexitron afterloader. Mount Carmel Health System has a single ARIA Record and Verify database environment, which facilitates cross coverage. Other equipment and procedures offered in our system include 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, HyperARC, 4DCT, DIBH, OSMS, and HDR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and executing the Radiation Oncology Quality Assurance program, ensuring compliance with all radiation safety policies, guidelines and regulations
- Provide quality control checks and oversight of treatment plans to assure accurate treatment delivery including patient specific QC
- Assist with acquisition and evaluation of new equipment
- Development and implementation of new treatment techniques
- Participation in Clinical Trials

The Territory Manager, Infection Control (IC) will be responsible for the sales and support of Getinge Infection Control equipment consisting of sterilizers, washers, service contracts and equipment, and assists with asset management solutions and consumables for both existing and potential customers in the assigned territory. The Manager, Education, and Civic Partnerships is a key member of the Community Relations department. This full-time role is responsible for building and strengthening long-term relationships with leaders in K–12 schools, colleges and universities, and local civic organizations focused on education, social justice, and equality. The Manager will advance JewishColumbus’ eHorts to proactively combat antisemitism in educational and civic spaces while promoting understanding of Jewish identity, history, and culture. Working closely with the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), the Manager will collaborate with lay leaders and the Education and Engagement subcommittees.

- Responsible for supporting key functional initiatives that have cross-functional reach and impact. Specific to this role, supporting the Digital Redesign/Relaunch program embedded with the Digital team.
- Key oversight includes working cross-functionally and with leadership to continually improve operations, processes and collaboration with an omni-channel lens.
- Responsible for providing oversight and connection for the program on the following: planning and flighting work (including looking ahead for potential risk/opportunities); day-to-day activities; tracking to deliverables; timelines; and being the connective tissue between all cross-functional teams engaged in the program.
