A leading health system in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Accounts to lead key revenue cycle operations and drive operational excellence within Patient Financial Services.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor supervisors and managers within the Patient Financial Services team, building a high-performing revenue cycle organization
- Oversee patient account operations including billing accuracy, collections performance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the financial and operational goals of the health system
- Monitor revenue cycle performance by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements
- Partner with executive leadership and operational stakeholders on strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts
- Participate in system-wide budget planning and operational forecasting
- Identify workflow improvements, operational risks, and opportunities to enhance the patient financial experience

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6–8+ years of healthcare operations experience within the revenue cycle
- 2–3+ years of leadership experience in Patient Financial Services or Patient Accounts
- Direct supervisory experience managing teams and operational workflows
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization

The Opportunity

- Execute efficient recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new providers, ensuring the practice is staffed with highly qualified professionals.
- Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills and overall professional growth.
- Evaluate the performance of physicians and PA / NPs in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
- Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure practice is appropriately represented and demonstrates their value through leadership roles (as applicable) and/or participation with hospital management, medical staff leadership, Medical Executive, Medical Staff and other hospital committees, and within the local community.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.

Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be
- Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.

The Opportunity
As a Strategic Treasury Partner, you will work in a fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment, to expand our credit/financing and liquidity opportunities, as well as actively collaborate with the Treasury team responsible for the management of MassMutual’s capital, liquidity, and financial flexibility. The Team
This role will report directly to the Head of Debt Financing and Liquidity and will be a member of the Balance Sheet Management team within the Treasury organization. Liquidity Forecasting and Management:
- Review investment commitments, in collaboration with Investment Management team
- Perform sensitivity analytics to Operating Liquidity forecasts
- Conduct forecast variance analysis to enhance accuracy
- Prepare liquidity reports and assist with development of presentations for executive audience
Debt and Subsidiary Management:
- Lead execution of subsidiary funding transactions
- Execute transactions for internal and external debt; maintain calculation of interest expense
- Partner with team to manage the trade finance portfolio
- Support debt portfolio optimization project
Optimization Projects:
- Minimize time spent on production and data manipulation activities by transforming our modeling, analytic, and reporting capabilities and implementing automation and technology where possible
- Lead additional analytic projects including subsidiary liquidity management
- Monitor changes in treasury regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations
The Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a financial role with exposure to accounting, cash operations, liquidity management and/or debt financing
- Bachelor's Degree

Mercy Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England is a leader in Rehabilitation Care and has an amazing opportunity for an Outpatient Physical Therapist who has a desire to use the latest techniques and technologies to provide a comprehensive and compassionate care strategy to our patients.
The Physical Therapist will be working in our Outpatient Rehab clinic located at 175 Carew Street, Springfield treating patients with varied orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.

- Evaluates, directs, plans, and treats patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help clients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
