Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our team of employee-owners at our McHenry location! This is a full-time position, with $18.91/hour starting pay, a 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday, first-shift only. There are no night or weekend shifts and employees get major national holidays off and paid.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders
- Assisting with inventory management such as receiving, returns, and cycle counts.

Summer School Occupational Therapist
Location: Lake County IL
Assignment Dates: June 15 – July 24
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- Regular Hours: 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM (16 hours per week)
- Extended Hours: First and last day of the assignment will run until 3:15 PM
Pay Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
Position Overview
A school district in Illinois is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide services during the summer school session. The Occupational Therapist will support students in developing functional skills necessary for participation in academic and school-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify student needs and track progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to support student goals.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with SPC tools such as PPAP, APQP, RCA, and gage R&R
- Experience leading process improvement or Lean initiatives
- Internal or external auditing experience preferred
- Six Sigma or ASQ certification strongly preferred
