Department Leadership & Strategy

In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the design, assembly, integration, and completion of the unit under test for successful execution of test events.

What You Will Do

  • The core of what you will do is drive the physical assembly and test of the unit under test. You will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the lab and in the field.
  • Expectations of the role: ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal & USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize efforts and a strong work ethic. Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers. Technical know-how to conduct missile level integration and test.
