About the Job:

The Sales Engineering Analyst serves as the technical anchor of the Strategic Resource Group. This role is responsible for translating complex business and market questions into structured, executable data outputs using Trilliant Health’s proprietary claims, provider directory, and price transparency datasets.

The Sales Engineering Analyst owns feasibility validation, analytical methodology design, and data integrity across research initiatives and pre-sales support. This individual combines strong technical proficiency with healthcare domain expertise and plays a critical role in standardizing how recurring strategic questions are answered across the organization.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Design and execute complex SQL queries and data builds from Trilliant’s data warehouse
• Capture and maintain documentation outlining how and why analytical frameworks are applied to support consistency and institutional knowledge retention
• Validate data integrity and identify gaps, missingness, structural limitations, or edge cases
• Own technical feasibility assessments for research and pre-sales opportunities
• Develop repeatable analytical frameworks for common strategic use cases
• Support research initiatives through structured dataset construction and methodological validation
• Create reusable datasets, templates, and documentation to reduce institutional knowledge concentration
• Maintain high standards of quality control and analytical rigor across all deliverables
• Interface effectively with Sales, SRG, Research, Product, and Data Engineering teams
• Respond to ambiguity with structured problem solving and professional judgment

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience querying large data warehouses
• Experience working in Databricks or similar environments preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools
• Experience working with complex healthcare claims datasets required

Position Summary:

Is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the Nurse Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, orients, develop and evaluate performance of the department staff. Ensures staffing mix and allocation in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Develops departmental budgets. Administers operations in accordance with budgeted parameters.
• Maintains operational reports and records and collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes.

• Supervises, institutes, and evaluates nursing interventions and documentation.
• Demonstrates competence in performing critical skills to include appropriate delivery of care according to the age-specific needs of the population served.
• Works collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure patient care is timely, efficient, and effective.
• Facilitates professional development of staff with accountability for staff retention.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Graduate of accredited nursing program required; possession of a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred (required within 3 years in position or effective date of job description).

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years of recent clinical experience. Two (2) years of leadership/managerial experience preferred.

Licensure Requirement:

Must have and maintain Tennessee State registered nurse license.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management of the Operating Room, Endoscopy Lab, Pre-Operative Holding Area, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Pre-Admission Testing, and Day Surgery Unit. This role oversees departmental budgets (operating and capital), staffing, recruitment, performance management, and policy development. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Human Resources

• Oversee all staffing, medical staff relations, and human resource management functions.
