Job Description:Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home hospice care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions. Education Qualifications:
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required
  • East Market: Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience

This position will work the following:

  • 48 hours per pay period

  • Every Other Weekend

  • Occasional on-call requirements

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
  • Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work location
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
