Your Role
As a Project Manager at Quasius Construction, you'll coordinate all phases of our construction projects, taking charge of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, accounting, and control, providing direction and ensuring compliance to keep operations on point for a Quasius-quality delivery every time.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic management of projects, including contract administration, technical assistance, and supporting field operations.
- Manage project subcontracts and material supply agreements, including negotiating terms and conditions, procurement, and delivery schedules.
- Guide project execution in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the executive team, briefing leadership on budget, safety, and schedule updates.
- Develop and maintain meaningful, productive relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients.
- Ensure timely project closeout by spearheading efforts in compiling closing documentation and completing a punch list of deliverables.
Project Manager Qualifications/Skills
- Ability to confidently apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management and accounting software such as Procore or Computer Ease, and scheduling software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diligent attention to detail and astute management of budgets and schedules.
- Thorough understanding of a project's processes and how each phase supports its completion.
- Capacity to manage budgets, maximize profitability, and generate new and future business through sincere relationship-building.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant work experience for a general contracting firm required.

The Onsite Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of highly complex mechanical and MEP systems. This position requires an individual with expertise in design/engineering coordination, estimating, construction management, and strong client-facing communication. The Onsite Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the field, subcontractors, and client representatives, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on mission critical standards, reliability, and uptime requirements.
- Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work.
- Interpret and communicate plans, specifications, and technical documents into actionable field tasks.
- Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance, safety, and compliance standards, especially those specific to mission critical environments.
- Lead onsite project meetings and provide accurate reporting to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to resolve issues before they impact project performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP construction, with at least 2 years supporting mission critical or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).

5 am - 3 pm Monday- Friday

Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare for Operation - Check order documentation to prepare for make-ready operations. Make ready for production by setting up machine components to create products in line with customer specifications.
- Operate Sheeting Machine - Operate assigned equipment according to Company policies and standard operating procedures. Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed. Perform routine adjustments as needed to alter position, alignment, speed, or pressure.
- Perform Maintenance - Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
- Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and other paperwork according to established standard operating procedures and perform quality checks of product throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the equipment platform.
- Solid Continuous Improvement background.
- Expertise in all technologies of Production equipment.
- Expert mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated to lead, model, and direct leaders' and crew members' efforts to maintain schedule and deadlines.
- Must be able to read and follow directions and able to manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
- Must be prompt and reliable and able to work overtime as required.
- Ability to organize, and manage people effectively.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, and lift to 50 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus but will train the right candidate.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Quad is seeking a full-time Recycling Technicians at our Franklin, WI facility.
We have the following shift options to offer:
Sunday-Thursday Third Shift: 9 PM- 5AM
Overtime is always a possibility, but never guaranteed. Wages start between $18.00 - $21.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and stability with work history. Other responsibilities of the position include:
- Coordination of materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger.
- Removal of all recyclables from around the plant
- Depositing recyclables into the recycling system
- Operating the bailing and shredding system
- Separating and storing the various grades of recyclables for shipment
- Loading semi-truck trailers and rail cars
- Complete basic forms for billing and service orders
- Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to accurately complete billing and shipping forms.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and write; good verbal and written comprehension.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize job needs.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds, occasionally.
- Daytime hours, working 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to climb ladders above 12 feet high with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior forklift or heavy machinery operation is preferred, but Quad is willing to train the right candidate.

Experience with Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, and Vision Cut Die Cut Machinery .
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Our 250,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin, WI is a state-of-the-art packaging plant that serves a diverse range of clients, including local breweries, grocery stores, yogurt producers, automotive part suppliers, and well-known battery brands. We offer Sheetfed offset, and narrow-web flexo, along with die cutting and custom folding/gluing, all supported by advanced inline quality control systems.
The facility is well-lit with both natural and artificial lighting, climate-controlled, and impeccably clean. We have the following shift options to offer:
9:00 pm - 5:00 am Sunday - Thursday - + .50 shift premium.
5:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday-Sunday - + $3.00 shift premium- 2 positions open
Follow all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as take actions that support teamwork, safety, contamination control, and efficiency.
Follow the pre-production, make ready, and production run tasks.
Operate powered equipment.
Occasionally, train workers on the Die Cutting Machine operations, including the feeding and take-off functions.
Follow and adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment rules and regulations.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, and Vision Cut Die Cut Machinery .
Fluent in Spanish and English.
The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. To coordinate all technical and guest aspects of a live entertainment production. The pay for the position is $17.50 an hour. This is an internship opportunity for current individuals that are in an undergraduation program or a recent graduate.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of the area as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability communicate well, think quickly in pressure situations, and motivate a work crew.
- Have a full understanding of the job responsibilities for all the positions under their direct supervision.
- Develop and maintain work schedules for all staff in assigned area.
- Work within other department venues and units as the need arises.
- Develop procedures to make the area run properly and efficiently.
- Maintain a guest first mentality ensuring all shows start on time.
- Work as a resource for the team.
- Ensure all Characters performers costumes and Meet & Greets adhere to the guidelines set by Warner Bros. and the Six Flags Production Team.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.
- Hold regular crew meetings to deliver park/department information and/or comments from Department Management
- Monitor the performance of your team members.
- Provide coaching, counseling and disciplinary/commendable action as needed to maintain and improve the performance of the crew.
- Complete all departmental and park related paperwork.
- Ensure all shows elements stay well maintained and are executed safely.
- Adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures as outlined in your Seasonal Handbook and the Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
- Work with Entertainment Management to assist and shadow with other aspects within the Entertainment Department.
- Immediately reports any unsafe acts to the Entertainment Management.
- Train new personnel as needed.
- Complete all projects as asked by Entertainment Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18
- Shifts are dependent upon Show needs
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to stand/walk for the length of the shift
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
