Metro Christian Academy, a private Christian School located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a full-time High School Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Counselor counsels with parents and students in grades 9-12.
This is a full-time, ten-month position, August-May, and reports to work two (2) weeks before teachers and works five (5) business days after last day of school.
This position works a daily schedule of 7:30 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m.
unless requested otherwise.
To be considered, applicant must have a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university and hold an Oklahoma State Teaching Certificate in School Counseling.

*DUTIES:
* · Assists High School students with selection of classes and enrollment.
· Facilitate and monitor a four-year plan of study leading to post secondary studies for 11th and 12th grade students.
· Assists in the development of the master schedule; counsels with High School parents and students regarding class offerings, schedule changes and the individual students four-year education plan and goals.
· Assist students in registration and preparation of various tests including PSAT, SAT, and the ACT.
· Plans, coordinates, and administers state and school required testing and interprets results to students, parents, administrators, and teachers.
· Prepares, revises, and updates class lists and student schedules for ninth through twelfth grade.
· Maintains counseling records for High School students.
· Coordinates grading procedures, grade reporting, honor roll, class rank, graduation requirements, etc.
for High School students.
· Serves as the High School's liaison between parents, students, administration, faculty, outside professionals and organizations.
· Assists and coordinates scheduling needs within the High School.
· Enforces compliance of High School policies.
· Participates in school committees as requested.
· Prepares and coordinates various High School activities, assemblies and recognitions.
· Serves as consultant in all conferences as requested.
· Provides direct care of students.

· Produce and mail the Senior Newsletter on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) strategic marketing plan to achieve growth goals and objectives.
- Position Entrusted Hearts Home Care (EH) as a leader in HCBS within its service area; expanding service opportunities as a result of increasing brand awareness, extending outreach, and generating referrals.
- Focus on client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
- Engage with the local community by participating in events and collaborating with organizations and professionals that serve our target audience through community marketing efforts.
- Develop trusted relationships with church and not-for-profit senior living community leaders.
- Cultivate partnerships/relationships with key referral sources with a minimum of 20 in-person visits per month.
- Maintain a detailed marketing and activity log.
- Establish and follow an inquiry process that ensures timely responses, confidence in the organization, and a high inquiry conversion rate.
- Review inquiries to determine next steps and action items.
- Conduct case conferences to ensure client needs are being met.
- Participate in quarterly reviews with the EH Director to evaluate progress toward performance metrics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the EH Director.

The Registered Dietitian helps to provide a nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Will work closely with OpX, culinary, and management teams.
Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. Job Responsibilities- Plan all Child Nutrition menus utilizing a menu planning software in accordance with USDA guidelines and Aramark menu strategy.
- Maintains required documentation for USDA, state, local, client guidelines related to meal services (i.e. Nutrient Analysis of menu, CN/PFS labels, USDA Workbooks, etc.)
- Coordinating use of USDA Foods/Commodities within menus. Supporting with annual USDA Foods orders.
- Supports Food Management Process, oversees purchasing compliance & accuracy to menu, as needed supporting reviewing food orders.
- Manages vendor/supplier relationships to ensure accurate stocking, availability, and delivery of food items.
- Visits school cafes on a regular basis to assess operations utilizing audit tools (Controlling Food Cost, School Allergen Readiness Plan, Administrative Review Preparedness).
- Assists with new employee training in areas such as adhering to food safety standards, menu & recipe compliance, and portioning.
- Provide support and assistance to students who require accommodation for dietary needs or food allergies, may include menu development and training of front-line associates.
- Support adherence to all client nutrition & wellness policies and contract requirements
- Educates clients and consumers, regarding healthy food choices through school training and community outreach.

- Completed a minimum of a bachelor?s degree and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR): Successful completion of internship program (ACEND), satisfactory score on an exam, plus fulfillment of continuing education requirements).
