Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform and gain broad exposure across both debt and equity commercial real estate asset management. The Analyst will be an active member of the asset management team for complex assets within a series of Commercial Real Estate debt-oriented investment vehicles, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real estate debt and equity securities, and other varied sophisticated credit investments as well as direct equity investments. Essential Functions
- Work as a team with commercial real estate portfolio asset managers
- Produce monthly and quarterly surveillance summaries and reporting for senior review which contain all relevant information related to monitoring borrower performance against business plan and compliance against loan documents as well as aggregated portfolio metrics
- Prepare cash flow models used for forecasting and investment performance
- Generate new reporting as necessary to monitor evolving risks

Qualifications

Seeking a full time Patent Agent or Technology Specialist with a advanced degree (Ph.D.) preferred in computer science, electrical engineering or similar and have experience with AI, ML and/or will be working with clients to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis. Candidates work will include, analyzing technical documents to assist with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigations.
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced Degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
1-2 years of Law firm experience
