Senior Analyst, uBreakiFix Supply Chain
ROLE PURPOSE
The uBreakiFix (UBIF) Supply Chain Senior Analyst is a key contributor who helps unlock insights and assists in driving strategy and execution for our network of uBreakiFix stores. They will act as a subject matter expert on inventory for the projects they are assigned informing key stakeholders with the knowledge they need for decisions and ongoing operations while also helping to execute on tasks to preserve inventory integrity.
Accordingly, we are looking for an all-around analyst that is comfortable operating in Excel on a daily basis, supplemented by PowerBI and other data sources. Someone who is curious, creative, and passionate about delivering powerful insights to inform the business as well as taking a hand in shaping outcomes will thrive in this role. This role requires someone who is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and adapt to an ever-changing set of requirements, processes, and systems with an expectation to also help teach others. An inquisitive mind that likes to ask questions, see the bigger picture, consider the end-to-end implications, and then help bring things to life will be an asset to the organization.
This role will need to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment across a variety of changing initiatives. Communicating quickly and crisply, analyzing & synthesizing complex data, partnering with various groups, and performing with accountability to the outcomes will be critical.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead analysis and oversight of processes to identify inventory opportunities
- Solves inventory related problems using deep understanding of key business drivers
- Would own several key initiatives related to inventory risk/integrity or transportation/warehouse related opportunities
- Work closely with franchisee and corporate store operations
- Monitor and maintain correct settings in systems to protect inventory integrity
- Collaborate with others and share viewpoints to support critical decision-making conversations
- Use Redash and PowerBi to extract large amounts of data with ability to analyze, manipulate, and present to leadership to impact operational business strategies
- Complete inventory related research and requests as required
- Develop a deep understanding of UBIF to tailor insights according to the business need
- Build lasting cross-functional partnerships in the organization to help turn data into actionable findings
- Assist with other supply chain initiatives as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- 2-3 years of experience with data or business analysis in a retail operations, logistics, or supply chain environment, 3-5 years preferred
- High proficiency with Excel and formulas to analyze data
- Desire to work in a results-oriented, matrixed, fast growth environment

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides clinical nursing support to Williamson Medical Group by communicating clinical information to patients and businesses, scheduling tests and consultations, obtaining clinical specimens, assessing patients, performing clinical office procedures and maintaining adequate clinical supplies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
Licensed by the State of Tennessee.

Equipment and Skills Training:
Must be competent in the use Glucometer, BP cuff, thermometer, computer, stethoscope, audio scope, business phone and various oral and injectable medications.

Parcel Manifest Specialist Department: Mail Operations
* Employment Type: Full-time Job summary The Parcel Manifest Specialist ensures the accurate, timely, and controlled mail manifesting process is completed starting with inbound parcel induction through outbound parcel shipments for insertion into the postal stream.
This role requires utmost care in handling and processing parcels to ensure timely, accurate tendering to the USPS or third-party carriers within 12 hours of manifesting at the site.
Primary responsibilities Fill prepared parcel orders received from the CMOP in accordance with customer instructions.
Perform parcel manifesting (scan, weigh, apply postage label), sort, and prepare parcel shipments for distribution to the appropriate shipping vendor.
Ensure complete accountability for parcels handled within the mail manifesting site.
Identify and sort cross-scanned or mis-labeled parcels for investigation.
Assist with sorting and preparing parcels for distribution to the appropriate shipping vendor.
Load conveyances for outbound shipments.
Report systemic conditions or defective materials to the Shift Supervisor/Lead.
Ensure operational condition of equipment prior to performing work tasks.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow prescribed safety and security policies and procedures.
Be familiar with common material handling equipment.
Operate rolling carts, pallet jacks, or forklift trucks as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience: 0--2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Technical skills: Familiar with computers and basic math skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Setting, tracking and achieving crew goals and performance. Averaged planned maintenance should meet or exceed goal.
· Track mechanic training through use of Training Card process. Utilize coaching to drive accountability of completion of Training Cards in a timely manner.
· Setting a leadership example that is supported by crew participation in decisions and activities. Effectively use coaching and corrective action process as required to ensure the maintenance team is meeting behavior and performance expectations.
· Respond appropriately to off shift and off day problems and maintenance shift problems.
· Utilize the resources of engineers, OEMs, and contract resources in solving problems and improving productivity.
· Consistently complete tasks and provide requested/required information in a timely manner. Prepare and submit required reports
· Assure credibility of maintenance by meeting committed downtimes for equipment.
· Work with operations counterparts to maintain optimum operating conditions and effective working relationships.
· Demonstrate a long term view and approach to work.
· Support company policies, departmental instructions and objectives with employees, always in a positive manner.
· Ensure that individual safety is the top priority.
· Keep customers aware of the proactive maintenance process and maintenance activities through daily and shiftly production meetings.
· Utilize CMMS system to adjust min/max quantities, controlling rebuild of units, surplus and obsolete items, quality control of parts, reduction of inventory and capital spares to reduce costs.
· Fill in for department management as needed.
· Manage overtime within budget.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Education Requirements:
HS Diploma, 2 year technical degree, Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 (Preferred 5) years experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance; Must have experience with MS Word, Excel, able to learn SAP and CMMS. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
