Our South Shore CPG client is looking for multiple onsite Packaging Production Designers starting this week; you'll be working on mock ups for packaging and this role is onsite in Norwood, MA and next week and will go for 4-6 weeks.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and attractive packaging designs that align with our customers’ brand identity and expectations.
• Develop and execute designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, labels, logos, marketing materials and promotional materials.
• Collaborate across multiple departments, with a focus on the marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand design requirements.
• Generate design concepts, sketches, and mockups for review and feedback.
• Implement revisions to match sales or development requests.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Understand and verify the accuracy of copy, regulated package elements, and basic compliance requirements.

Looking for:

• 2+ years in proofing, pre-flighting, preparing, and press checking files
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative capabilities with recent packaging samples in the portfolio.
• Experience with 3D renderings, CAD and packaging software a plus!
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of packaging design, materials, and production processes
• Knowledge of printing processes, substrates, and finishes.
• Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and independently on assignments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Stoughton, MA (just outside Boston). The General Manager will lead daily operations and performance of SMS's facility, blending leadership and operational excellence with customer-facing engagement. This role is accountable for profitability, team development, OEM and distributor relationships, and consistent execution of SMS's growth strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and developing inside sales, customer service, warehouse/logistics, and support staff; overseeing HR administration and employee relations; managing order flow, inventory, and logistics; supporting distributor and OEM relationships; monitoring P&L performance, budgeting, and KPIs; and overseeing facilities, fleet, and systems. The General Manager provides hands-on backup across functions during absences or peak periods.

This position reports directly to the President and serves as a key operational leader within the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, or office management experience
• 3–7+ years of experience in HVAC, hydronics, or mechanical distribution / manufacturers' rep environment strongly preferred
• Experience working with distributor customers (not direct-to-contractor models) strongly preferred
• Proven people leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, and expenses
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting/order processing systems preferred
• Comfortable using CRM, ERP, and inventory/order management systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

The Center Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of an assigned American Family Care Urgent Care center. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources and the efficient, high-quality delivery of clinical and administrative services. The Practice Manager directly supervises all non-provider staff within the center and serves as a key liaison between center operations, regional leadership, and support center departments. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational performance. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager of Operations.

Minimum of three (3+) years of management experience within a healthcare setting required; Urgent Care or Immediate Care experience strongly preferred.

Clinical background or certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and staff scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop team members across all levels.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Experity is highly desirable.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.

Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Support company-wide quality assurance initiatives by assisting with planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality control programs. Maintain adequate inventory levels by managing weekly supply ordering for medical and administrative needs. Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously striving for operational excellence and measurable results. Oversee financial performance of the center, including budget management and control of operating expenses reflected on the P&L.

This is a center-based position requiring prolonged periods of computer use and desk work. Physical demands include occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting. Travel to other clinic locations within the assigned market may be required. When onsite at clinical locations, the work environment may involve moderate noise levels and potential exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens, in accordance with standard healthcare precautions.

We are seeking attorneys with at least three (3+) years of experience with insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or commercial litigation, with additional value placed on familiarity with construction‑related insurance and risk transfer.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, policyholder‑only practice handling sophisticated matters that involve analyzing and interpreting a wide range of insurance policies, managing significant coverage disputes, and addressing issues tied to commercial property, liability, builders’ risk, professional lines, cyber, and other specialized coverages. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, develop strategies for resolving high‑stakes insurance and construction‑related challenges, and contribute to the design of comprehensive coverage and risk‑transfer solutions.

Key responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with pleadings, depositions, and motion practice.
• Experience drafting complex motions and/or appellate briefs preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
