A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent.

Proficient knowledge of family law procedures and rules.

Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Strong organizational and case management skills.

Proficient in the use of legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

· Provide initial analysis and develop case strategy

· Prepare and respond to discovery

· Take and defend depositions, draft motions and attend hearings
