Summary of Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to Teladoc members experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and more.
Conduct comprehensive assessments via video or phone, prescribe non-controlled medications as appropriate, and monitor treatment progress and medication effectiveness.
Maintain professional standards in a tech-enabled, fully remote setting that supports strong patient engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited United States medical school or international medical school with equivalent training
- Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution in General Psychiatry
- Board-certified in psychiatry
- Current State Physician License in one of the following states: Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, Kentucky, Mississippi or California
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration

Summary
The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of muti-state US and Canadian payroll processing and provides operational support to Human Resource functions. This tole serves as a primary point of contact for payroll administration, wage compliance, employee payroll inquiries, and payroll related reporting. The position focuses on the application of established payroll procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for US and Canadian employees in accordance with established payroll schedules and company policies
- Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and employee pay information in payroll and HR information systems
- Administer wage garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and voluntary deductions in compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations
- Coordinate payroll tax reporting, filings, and reconciliations with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
- administer retirement plan contributions, including 401(k) and RSP employee deferrals, employer matches, and loan repayments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with benefits administration tasks, including payroll deductions and coordination with benefits providers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations
- Experience administering payroll deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions
- Proficiency with payroll systems and timekeeping software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications

- Collaborate effectively with respective Directors to ensure that clinical modules are optimally integrated with revenue cycle modules to maximize productivity and revenue opportunities.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain coordination and communication with system users, department administration, vendors, and senior college and hospital management to assure organizational success. If necessary, train or supervise training of users and other staff in current and new aspects of system functionality.
- Manages project plans, operating budgets, reports, spreadsheets, and other presentations necessary for the proactive communication and management regarding your projects to other administrators, users, and relevant affiliates.
- Work collaboratively with clinician leaders, business offices, and information technology offices of all consortium members to coordinate operational planning and support for core information services and technical infrastructure. - Negotiate and resolve project issues and escalations, including scope creep, and other risks associated with executing on the project plans. Ensure adherence to the project budget and identify and communicate any factors that may cause a budget variance.
- Prepares annual operating and capital expense budgets for project deliverables. Manages project budgets and approves expenditures.
- Provides and maintains effective communication with hospital management to define the priorities of projects, including equipment acquisitions, requirements of management and staff, and allocation of departmental resources. Presents reports to keep hospital administration informed of project development and any deviation from projected goals.
- As a key stakeholder in the effective execution of the project charter, he makes recommendations to ensure that the IT strategic plan is aligned with the organizations business objectives.
- Manages vendor relationship management with appropriate counterparts at Epic to coordinate resource planning, project deliverables, and technical specifications.
- Performs all duties inherent to a managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.
