About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong courtroom skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through verdict. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, polished writing and oral advocacy skills, and the confidence to handle complex matters independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
- Represent clients in state and/or federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, timely updates and recommendations.
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission.
- 7+ years of litigation and trial experience.
- Proven track record of handling trials or significant courtroom experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision.

Job Description
