What you'll do:
- Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel
- Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year
- Address a broad range of concerns such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, headaches, URIs, UTIs, STI testing/treatment, laceration repair, I&Ds, wound care, musculoskeletal injuries, short-term medication refills, acute mental health triage, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups; Successful applicants will be comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions
- Stay up to date on evidence-based urgent care practices and maintain working knowledge of common primary care issues (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, depression/anxiety)
- Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters including procedures

The Zinn Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for immediate hire. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience working on personal injury matters on the plaintiff or defense side, but otherwise qualified candidates with less or different experience may be considered.
The Zinn Law Firm is widely regarded as one of the top boutique injury firms in the Bay Area, representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits. Our team currently consists of two attorneys, two paralegals, and an office manager, although we are planning on growing our attorney and paralegal teams.
Primary Duties:
- Tracking and working up personal injury cases to prepare them for settlement, mediation, and trial;
- Working directly with existing clients to understand their injuries and the course of their medical treatment, tracking their medical progress, and ensuring that required medical appointments are made and attended;
- Identifying client medical and billing records that are needed, and collaborating with the firm’s Office Manager to ensure that records are obtained -- on occasion, the Paralegal may be required to request medical records;
- Extensive review of client medical records to determine the nature and extent of clients’ injuries and claims and/or provide the first opinion on the merit of potential medical malpractice cases by conducting online research on medical terminology/conditions in support of such efforts;

- Preparing and editing documents for paper and e-filing;
- Filing state and federal pleadings using e-filing systems and vendors;
- Working with the Office Manager on other litigation related tasks;
- Performing administrative and secretarial functions when needed; and
- Assisting in training new paralegal and other staff hires.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters on either the plaintiff or defense side. However, as stated above, otherwise qualified candidates with less or different experience may be considered. Completion of a paralegal program and/or fulfillment of the requirements to be legally classified as a paralegal is preferred, but not required for candidates with a strong track record and applicable experience.

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Education Specialists for school-based positions for the remainder of the current school year and continuing in '26/27.

*Must hold a valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential
Salary: $70,000-$100,000 annual, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Providing academic support to students in a mild to moderate or Moderate to Severe classroom environment
- Provide academic assessments
- Facilitating participation in the school day
- Collaborating with parents, other teachers and service providers to support students’ educational programs and creation and implementation of IEP goals
- Lesson Planning and Data collection

Requirements:
- Special Education Credential (Extensive Support Needs, Moderate/Severe preferred)
- Experience with TK and Early Elementary preferred
- Ability to work with students in-person
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
