Position Overview

VMG is seeking a motivated and community-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our Human Resources team and support the hiring of hourly field and shop roles across our mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal divisions.

This is a remote position based out of our Sterling, VA headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly field and shop roles (HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, service, warehouse, etc.)

Job Purpose

The Superintendent – Mission Critical has overall on-site responsibility for project execution, including site access, scheduling, logistics, safety, quality, and field coordination. Summary/Objective:

The Structural Engineer position is primarily focused on mechanical structures and supports for our industrial and commercial divisions (local and national accounts). This position works closely with our Project Leaders and our in-house design teams to provide designs and concepts along with professional guidance when needed. How You'll Contribute:

• Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
  
  
• Weigh, and label outbound shipments, including small package and freight shipments. Recommend cost-effective shipping procedures to staff
