Job Summary: We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive focused on new customer acquisition to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into customers through a disciplined, consultative sales process. 

The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives on building pipeline, creating new relationships, and closing net-new business. You’ll work closely with marketing, product and leadership to convert inbound interest, develop outbound opportunities, and move prospects through the funnel from initial engagement to signed agreement. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the full sales cycle for net-new customers from prospecting to close 
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities 
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities 
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone, and social channels 
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and priorities 
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate clear value 
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up and campaign execution 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in HubSpot

Qualifications: 

  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a full-cycle Account Executive role 
  • Proven track record of net-new business acquisition 
  • Experience managing deals through a structured sales process 
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills 
  • Ability to run consultative discovery conversations 
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.39per hour - $52.27per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Join Our Team as a Website Tester at Little Wheel

Little Wheel is a gambling technology company focused on researching and building products that put players first. We are currently hiring Website Testers across Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

This is a great opportunity to earn extra income on a flexible schedule while helping us test online casinos. No prior experience is required, and all training is provided.

This is a short-term contract, with opportunities for ongoing work for high performers.

Role Overview

As a Website Tester, you will:

  • Participate in user experience testing on various online casino platforms.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions to complete assigned tasks.
  • Record feedback and report bugs or usability issues.
  • Provide detailed insights into your testing experience.
  • Complete all testing assignments within set timelines.

Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Reside in one of the following states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.
  • Own a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Be able to complete a short, paid online training and onboarding process.

No previous testing or gambling experience is needed. You will not be gambling with your own money, and there are no fees or out-of-pocket costs. All the interactions/game-play would be for testing purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Guaranteed earnings of at least $1,000 for approximately 20 hours of testing.
  • Minimum of $25/hour, with higher pay for faster testers.
  • $100 bonus upon completing the onboarding program.
