About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing footwear business. This role ensures the smooth flow of orders, inventory, compliance documentation, ATS reporting, and ERP data across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process wholesale orders accurately; validate pricing and inventory; communicate order status, ETAs, and backorders; coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment.
  • Inventory Coordination: Create and manage purchase orders; track production and transit timelines; monitor inbound shipments; maintain balanced inventory levels.
  • ATS Reporting: Produce accurate internal and external ATS reports for sales, planning, and key wholesale partners; ensure data reflects real‑time availability and constraints.
  • Product Compliance: Track required footwear testing (CPSIA, chemical, labeling); coordinate with vendors and labs; maintain audit‑ready documentation.
  • ERP Administration: Set up new styles, colorways, and size runs; maintain accurate product data, pricing, vendor information, and carton specifications; support workflow improvements.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Partner with sales, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve issues, support fulfillment, and assist with PO/invoice reconciliation.

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, or order management (footwear/apparel preferred)

The City of Kirkland's Public Works Department is hiring Public Grounds Seasonal Laborers to join our Grounds Division team. Job Summary
Performs general labor tasks as assigned to contribute to the development and maintenance of City public grounds. This position may have a significant focus on our urban tree canopy.

Distinguishing Characteristics: The Public Works seasonal employees will be responsible for maintaining our landscape infrastructure throughout City owned buildings, medians, and retention ponds. An emphasized focus on supporting the urban tree canopy will be a primary function of this job. This position will also use a variety of manual labor and mechanical techniques to complete tasks during their shift. This is a temporary, seasonal position.

The On-Call Building Inspector I position is responsible for inspecting construction of new industrial, commercial, multifamily, and single-family buildings, and remodel work to existing structures, to ensure compliance with approved plans, laws, codes, and regulations, thereby ensuring minimum standards for fire and life/safety codes, structural integrity, and public welfare.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations relating to building construction, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, state energy code requirements, local zoning requirements, and job site erosion control.
  • Investigate compliance complaints and, if necessary, mediate a resolution.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Upon obtaining the International Code Council (ICC) Commercial Building Inspector certification, ICC Commercial Mechanical Inspector certification, and either the ICC Commercial Plumbing Inspector certification or the IAPMO UPC Residential and Commercial certifications, an incumbent in the On-Call Building Inspector I classification will move to the On-Call Building Inspector II classification.

  • Answers questions and provides technical advice related to building and structure code compliance.
  • Investigates and responds to complaints regarding code compliance; informs individual making the complaint if a violation occurred and, if so, what corrective action has been taken.
  • Logs daily inspections and prepares inspection reports.
  • Reads special inspection reports for compliance and files reports.
  • Inspects sites for grading and soil excavation or other land modifications. Makes a visual survey of the construction site to determine if a licensed survey is to be required for setback verification.
  • Responds to public and contractor inquiries concerning interpretation of the National Electrical and related codes, construction problems, and City administrative procedures. This requires clear, concise, oral and written communication skills.
  • Monitors construction to see that it is completed before occupancy of the building, the permit expires, or sees that the permit is renewed in a timely fashion.
  • Maintains adequate records to assure proper documentation of inspections.
  • Inspects nonstructural problems with building sites, such as surface water problems and inadequate access, and assures that they are corrected or referred to the appropriate City department.
  • Position requires daily use of computer. Incumbent must have, or be able to learn, basic keyboard and computer skills.
  • Performs daily inspections of vehicles to include checking tires and lights and determining if service is necessary.

Job Summary

Performs the functions of law enforcement necessary to maintain public peace, protect life and property, prevent crime, apprehend violators of the law and otherwise assure proper enforcement of the laws and ordinances of the City of Kirkland and the State of Washington.

Principal Accountabilities
The Police Department works shift work of varied hours depending on assignment. Officer's work with current technology such as in car computer systems and computer aided dispatch. Officers are generally assigned to one person patrol cars, but may be assigned to collateral duties or assignments depending on department needs.

Essential Duties
  • Contributes to the preservation of peace and protection of life and property by patrolling an assigned area primarily by car, and occasionally on foot, bicycle or motorcycle. Responds to a wide variety of calls and complaints to include misdemeanors and felonies and civil issues.
  • Contributes to the apprehension of criminal suspects by conducting preliminary and follow-up investigations. This would involve contacting and interviewing witnesses and victims of a crime; sketching & photographing a crime scene; dusting for latent fingerprints; and collecting other evidence and preserving the chain of evidence. The position prepares criminal investigation reports and testifies in court.
  • Contributes to the smooth and safe movement of traffic on City streets by performing traffic and parking enforcement functions. This would include observing traffic movement, operating radar speed detection units, directing traffic, and issuing traffic citations.
  • Contributes to understanding the cause of traffic accidents by conducting accident investigations. Attempts to determine the cause (driver error or mechanical failure) of the accident.
  • Contributes to the enforcement of City laws and ordinances by apprehending violators. The subduing and arresting of violators could range from simply advising the suspect that he/she is under arrest to a physical confrontation involving the use of force up to and including the use of a firearm. Once suspect is in custody, a complete booking procedure will be followed.
  • Contributes to the prevention of crime by giving talks; maintaining a high degree of visibility. This involves knowing the layout of City streets; extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and municipal law; patrolling key problem areas; and knowing the routines of the City and its citizens in order to identify unusual or abnormal activities.
  • Contributes to a favorable image of the Department.
  • The position performs various other duties as assigned, including the transportation of prisoners to court or medical facilities; serving misdemeanor and felony warrants for arrest; and maintaining security in the jail area.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the mobile recreation program held at various park sites throughout Kirkland. Must be able to work as a team with other assigned staff and also independently with little supervision.
