General Summary of Position:
Granite has an immediate need for associates in the Managed Services department to work on configurations and activations of our managed services products. We are looking for representatives, preferably with experience in network routing and switching or relevant technical background willing to learn and excel in the field. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the technical implementation of our SDWAN and Security products at customer locations, from strategic planning and order configurations through to turning up and troubleshooting network devices. This position offers talented technical individuals the opportunity to work with some of the leading Security and SDWAN products on the market and fine tune their skills in a specialized expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with internal resources to implement Managed Services solutions in the field
- Create configuration modifications alongside engineering to support project scale and execution
- Reconfigure devices as needed in troubleshooting environment
- Act as first level of troubleshooting during initial site turn up
- Develop and promote subject matter expertise and platform proficiency
- Work directly with customers on calls to facilitate network deployment
- Provide Day 1 Support for SDWAN and Security products at customer locations
Required Qualifications:
- Entry level experience with network security and SDWAN products and concepts; Fortinet, Juniper, etc
- Understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN
- Experience in customer facing technical support roles
- Ability to work independently and make judgement calls to resolve issues
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented

Summary
Training Content Developer 1 will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training materials and documentation that support our organizational goals and enhance employee performance. This role ensures all products meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, FSMA, GFSI—BRC/SQF). The QA Manager drives food safety culture, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while protecting brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Food Safety programs including HACCP, Food Safety Plans, Preventive Controls, and FSMA compliance.
- Maintain certification and audit readiness for GFSI (BRC/SQF), customer, and regulatory audits.
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), GMPs, documentation, training, and facility inspections.
- Lead hazard analysis (HARPC) and preventive control implementation.
- Investigate customer complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions (RCA/CAPA).

- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.
- Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.
- Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- If required, provisional license per state regulation.
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education.
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit.
