Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Greeter to join our team at The Sports Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. The Sports Museum is located in TD Garden, and you will provide backstage arena tours for guests. In this role, you'll be a storyteller for our guests at the Museum, speaking about Boston history and sports.

What will you do?

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide assistance where needed.
• Lead guided tours of The Sports Museum and parts of TD Garden.
• Assist in the daily operations of The Sports Museum including cleanliness of the facility.
• Manage daily guest attendance records.

More about you

• Customer service experience required.
• Associates must be able to provide their own transportation and parking costs to/from work.
• Weekday availability from 10 am - 5 pm is preferred, noting the Museum is open Monday - Sunday. Occasional hours may be required for special events, preparation for exhibit openings, etc.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Boston history and Boston sports is preferred.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus.

The agency is seeking a Group Account Director to lead major client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive both account growth and operational excellence. This leader will oversee a portfolio of 3 to 5 clients, ensuring strategic clarity, strong delivery, and long term partnership development while providing a polished client presence and unifying teams around a shared vision. The role requires deep agency experience and the ability to balance big picture thinking with hands on oversight.

In this position, the Group Account Director will manage and mentor direct reports, support complex programs, and play a central role in new business, including RFP ownership, pitch development, and revenue expansion. About 20 percent travel is expected for client meetings and key presentations. 

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic relationships across 35 major accounts; act as primary senior contact.

Requirements:

-10-15+ years in an agency environment; strong agency background required.
- Experiential and activation experience is a huge plus 
- Proven success leading complex accounts and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience managing direct reports and building high performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including ownership of revenue, forecasting, and profitability.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and client facing skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and lead with stability and clarity.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…)

Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak retail business hours (lunch, late- afternoons, evenings, weekends, etc.)

Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and making sure team members are staying current on their individual training.

Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members.

Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.

Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger to ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.

Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.

Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.

Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated, and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.

Make sure all team members are complying with company policies specifically; adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out accordingly.

Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in a secure designated area.

Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in-store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles.

All other duties as assigned.
