Summary


Manager Of Quality Assurance will be responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of quality systems, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP), and other applicable regulatory standards for our bioanalytical GLP lab.


Key Activities


  • Host client and regulatory inspections, including preparing and submitting responses to findings.

  • Develop and manage the company’s Master Schedule.
  • Create, administer, and maintain QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), QA files, and QA audit logs.
  • Process, archive, and maintain QA department inspection reports and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with business processes and procedures.
  • Author and review SOPs and Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
  • Provide GLP and GCLP training to staff.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor QA professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Conduct and report inspections of internal facilities and audits of external vendors to assess compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Establish and administer a company Risk Register.
  • Identify and address regulatory compliance issues, providing guidance to other departments.
  • Deliver monthly compliance status reports to Test Site Management (TSM), highlighting issues and corrective actions.

The Responsibilities

A Key Holder works within the store management team to help achieve store sales goals and maximize profitability. Through effective management in partnership with Store Manager, the key holder works to create a store experience for our clients that results in sales growth. As a key holder, you will be responsible for continuously improving and developing management skills, taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager, and acting as a role model to the sales team. This role is commission eligible.


Business Leader

● Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals

● Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the product to support the brand goals

● Develop sales techniques that are relevant to the market

● Establish and maintain client-base

● Leverage company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals

● Demonstrate strong business acumen by leverage KPI’s to support business-driving strategies


People Leader

● Ensure effective communication between store manager & other team members

● Identify ways to keep the team motivated and engaged

● Present new & innovative ideas to support meeting business goals

● Coach team on sales floor providing relevant and consistent feedback to improve performance


Operations Leader:

● Ensure all functions of the store are maintained to support a superior shopping-experiences

● Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocols/policies, procedures and all related processes inclusive of paperwork

● Collaborate with store managers in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash control and inventory control.

● Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals

● Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support inventory goals


Customer Focus:

● Ensure the highest level of customer service to each and all individuals in the store

● Build meaningful relationships with clients through strong-interpersonal skills

● Collaborate with all team members to support a superior shopping experience

● Be present on and off the floor as a Theory Brand Ambassador


The Essentials

● 3-4 years’ prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment

● Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

● Independent work ethic, time management skills

● Computer skills to operate point of sale system, experiences with teamwork is a plus


Salary: $21/hr - $23/hr* – Livermore

Job Overview

Russell Tobin is supporting a leading enterprise retail organization in hiring a Cloud Systems Engineer to join its Compute & Storage team.


This is a project-focused hybrid infrastructure engineering role — not an operations support position. The engineer will design, build, and automate infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-prem environments as the organization continues major data center retirement and cloud migration initiatives.


The ideal candidate is a strong Linux engineer with deep automation expertise and experience building scalable infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build hybrid IaaS infrastructure across Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and on-prem systems
  • Support large-scale data center migration initiatives to cloud platforms
  • Engineer and modernize infrastructure provisioning pipelines
  • Develop automation for cloud orchestration using Terraform and configuration management tools
  • Provide Level 3 engineering support for complex Linux and Windows infrastructure (project-based work)
  • Build new infrastructure platforms to support product and warehouse systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure and product teams
  • Participate in occasional deployment windows (some nights during implementation phases)



Required Qualifications

  • 5–6+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Strong Linux administration and debugging experience
  • Experience building new infrastructure platforms
  • Automation expertise (Terraform, Ansible, Python)
  • Familiarity with Chef (expertise not required; willingness to work with it)
  • Experience with virtualized environments (VMware ESX, Nutanix, or similar)
  • Experience supporting Windows Server environments
  • Experience working in enterprise IaaS environments
