The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of dies, tools, and fixtures used in the manufacturing processes within the stamping plant. This role requires precision craftsmanship, technical expertise, and an understanding of stamping operations to ensure that dies and tools are functional, efficient, and meet all quality standards for production. Responsibilities
Die Fabrication:
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify stamping dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production process. Ensure designs meet part specifications and are cost-effective to produce.
Die Maintenance & Repair:

Quality Control:

Qualifications
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program in tool and die making or a related field preferred.
- Journeyman certification in Tool and Die Making or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker, preferably in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in die fabrication, repair, and maintenance for metalworking applications.
- Familiarity with various types of dies (progressive, compound, transfer) and materials used in stamping operations.
Skills and Abilities:

Position Overview
· Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Oracle AR processes.

Reporting to a Buying Leader, you’ll be directly involved in the buying process – driving business strategies, working on seasonal line plans, conducting competitor and sales analyses, and assisting with product launches and store communication. This role will give you exposure to multiple parts of the business as you collaborate cross-functionally with product development, planning, industrial design, sourcing, marketing, and store operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting Buyers with tasks such as SKU creation and maintenance
- Clear knowledge of target customer and competitive market
- PIM (product information) maintenance
- Product Launch / Store Product Request Maintenance
- Manage time sensitive deliveries of sample and stock product need at Marketing Photo Shoots and Mock Store reviews
- Partner with Buyers on special projects as needed. Competitor Recaps, Assortment Board Creation, etc.
- Assist in coordinating specific tasks related to Store Opening process

- Customer Service or prior retail experience is a plus.

Apex Skin is a physician-led and rapidly growing dermatology practice committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Medical Assistant to support our providers with both clinical and administrative tasks. This role includes rooming patients, assisting with dermatologic procedures, documenting in the EMR as a clinical scribe, supporting patient education, and performing front office duties as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, clinical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday [40 hours per week]
- One Saturday per month, as needed for patient scheduling
- Daytime clinical hours with occasional variations based on provider or patient needs.
Essential Functions
- Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, collect short histories, and update medication lists
- Prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures and anticipate provider needs.
- Assist providers with biopsies, excisions, surgical procedures, and other dermatologic treatments
- Scribe for providers during patient visits, accurately documenting clinical notes, treatments, diagnoses, and patient instructions directly into the EMR in real time.
- Maintain and update patient records, charts, and EMR documentation to meet compliance standards
- Educate patients regarding provider instructions, treatment plans, post-procedure care, and medication usage
- Monitor and complete lab documentation, biopsy/culture logs, telephone encounters, and task queues in the EMR
- Handle clinical phone calls, follow up on biopsy results, and communicate with patients under provider direction
- Perform autoclave procedures, maintain sterility standards, and complete quality control checks
- Complete assigned administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, scanning documents, answering phones, and processing prior authorizations
- Travel to nearby Apex Skin locations as needed to support clinical operations.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in basic computer software, medical terminology, and EMR documentation
- Ability to document clinical information accurately as a scribe (training provided)
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred (dermatology experience is a plus)
- Active CMA, RMA, or Medical Assistant certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- Prior clinical scribe experience is helpful, but not required
